What's on your Tuesday Menu?

good morning everyone! Please note I am considering it a good morning even though there is no coffee pot in my hotel room. There are k-cups, cups for coffee and all the mix ins but no coffee pot/keurig, etc. it's a cruel trick!
Qotd - what is the strangest thing you've done to get your exercise in. I'm going with "I packed my boxing gloves for a work conference." I just used them too because no coffee pot, lol.
im up early for a morning yoga class and then to the conference until 7 tonight.
Menu today is a bit up in the air given I'm at a conference but yesterday the snacks were ok - heavy on the popcorn, fruit and granola options. I didn't have any but they were at least ok choices.
i will get the coffee at some point, eggs and something for breakfast and then whatever protein heavy selections for lunch. Dinner tbd.

Good Morning! This week has started off good- the new team member is doing great.
QOTD: I run back and forth/in circles in my living room/ game room for an hour during Covid because my treadmill was broken and it was too smoky to run outside.

B: SF latte, orange, Quaker protein/fiber oatmeal and turkey sausage
L: Deli turkey meat, cheese stick, carrots, pudding, and a pear
S: Protein puffs, nuts, an apple and yogurt
D: Eggbites, toast, sliced orange/banana, and 2 squares dark chocolate
ES: Greek yogurt
E: Elliptical and treadmill

I wanted a digital camera and they were not yet available in the US. I bought one from a man who was here from China. He had a suitcase full of them and I met him in a hotel room and paid cash for the camera. When flat screen TV's were brand new, I saw one in England and considered having it shipped to the US. I believe it was the range of $10,000. I did not do it and bought one about a year later at Sam's Club for close to $4,000. Now I see them with much larger screeens at Walmart for less than $300.

Real life begins where your comfort zone ends
We have a built in cabinet in our living room for our TV. Since it was built in 2005, it's for a 43 inch TV. It would cost 10x as much to have a carpenter rebuild the cabinet as to get a current size TV.

Good morning ~ OMG no Keurig? That is a cruel tease! I hope coffee finds you soon. I have a headache, I think I'm a bit dehydrated so I will make water a priority today. It's going to be a long day of training and only semi interesting. Here's hoping the speaker is engaging. For lunch break we are having a pot luck Nacho bar. I brought turkey taco meat, so I will skip the chips all together make a taco salad with whatever is there. Pray for me.
QOTD - At a conference a few years ago, I got up 2 hours early to use the gym before my boss. I just couldn't work out with him in the room - silly I know.
