What's on your Monday menu, RNYers?
My sister just came back from the UK on vacation. She also thought her weight would be up with all the good food and drink she had. She also walked a ton. So that definitely does help. Can't wait to see some vacay pictures from you.

hi all - i'm alive- mouth addition is fine. I had a good amount of anxiety because iIm pretty sure I threw up on the last dentist that put an implant in due to gas. it was fine- in and out in an hour. now i just have to use the mouth wash and not play with the stitches in my mouth with my tongue.
food today- depends what i can chew. I've done ok with yogurt, and super soft foods. I do have one service of doctored up refried beans left.
QOTD: yes but I wouldn't say I love them...

Good morning ~ Lets do this! My weekend was so lazy and indulgent. It's Rob birthday today, but we celebrated yesterday - well all weekend really. TOO many glasses of wine, tiramisu, pasta, eggplant parm, pizza - omg I have a belly ache just thinking about it now but it was soooo good! I have a busy calendar all week. Today is interviews all morning, a meeting early afternoon and catch up after that.
I tried to check out the eclipse, but it was overcast so I couldn't see anything.
QOTD - YES- I love them now! It wasn't until I was in my 40's that I started liking them at all. I used to have nightmares as a kid, I remember being extremely traumatized by Salem's Lot. Now I watch it and laugh. I like the old campy ones or well done psycho thriller.
B- coffee, yogurt and strawberries
l - just chicken, cauli/broc, alfredo sauce
d- beef ribs
s-carrots and celery
Have a great day!

Good morning all and Happy Monday!
I totally forgot to look at the blood red moon last night. Usually, I really enjoy all things eclipse. Overall, I'm not doing too hot. I think I made myself physically sick with worry over the weekend. I did try to get out and do things over the weekend. I saw family yesterday and went on a dinner date Saturday night.
QOTD: I do like scary movies but they're no longer my preferred viewing. I used to be in the horror genre and thrash horror subgenre. I loved the cheesy, gory movies that would never be released in theaters. My favorite company was Troma pictures who produced such classics as Tromeo & Juliet, Sgt Kabukiman, and Rabid Grannies.
Accountability: a whole freaking bag of brownie brittle. I felt like **** after eating this.
B: Dannon Light and Fit Coconut Yogurt, Tangerine.
L: cilantro and lime Shrimp.
D: Chopped salad.
HW: 371 SW(8/9/21): 324 CW: 215. 0 lbs til goal of skin reduction surgery. I'm still looking for a new plastic surgeon.
