In most restaurants the ketchup never gets put away. They just refill the bottles as they get empty and leave them on the table. I keep mine in the refrigerator because a bottle lasts me for a year. If you are using up a bottle within about a month, then it is fine to keep it out. It loses quality and taste if it sits out too long but the vinegar is a natural preservative.

so it was a falafel burger? That is interesting; I was thinking just falafel but now I might have to look for that.

Good morning, everybody!

We didn't go to Dr. Strange last night. My youngest was home yesterday with a combination of allergies and Senioritis, so Marilyn said that "if you are not feeling well enough for school, you aren't well enough for movies." Seems fair enough. We will probably go over the weekend.

This afternoon I am driving Marilyn to the airport and she is flying to Denver to drive home with my older son. He finished his finals yesterday and is glad to put differential equations in the rearview mirror. I am going to drive her in my gym clothes and hope to make the 7:30 Crossfit class. Fingers crossed.

Today, I am in the office. I will probably have to start going in twice a week in August, but I am going to try and hold out at once a wee****il then. My plan is to do twice a week for the next two years and then fully remote from Florida my last two years.

QOTD: I can't say that there has never been bait in my fridge but not currently. We have become butter out people (only for the current stick) and its a game changer.

Breakfast: Egg sandwich

Lunch: Steak

Dinner: Leftovers

Have a great day, all!

We think of butter as a dairy product, so put it in the fridge. Usually in the little butter container on the door. But it is really a fat and is fine to leave out. One stick out is a good practice. I use very little of it so keep it in the fridge. If I had a family living with me, I would keep one stick out in a nice covered butter dish on the counter.
