I made some fresh corn tamales with red salsa chicken breast filling green enchilada /fresh verde sauce chicken breast filling and osso bucco ( just the lean parts ) ... steaming them now .
Yesterday I actually craved and ate bacon ... and last nite was SO uncomfortable so that won't happen again for a few years
.I'm amazed that I'm actually eating meat ... albeit not a lot .... Mostly as seasoning.
Trying to get out and walk on the beach . I like listening to Philip Glass and Steve Reichs to concentrate when I work or opera or classical depending on my mood . The tv constantly being on actually PREVENTS me from working ( and sleeping normally ) so I need to work on that distraction.
When I exercise I'll either do disco from some past era or classic rock or classic rap .... I'm thinking about buying another underwater I pod to play doing laps the pool since now I'm swimming alone :( . But last time I had one it was just too complicated to charge and download music .... I guess I'm tech challenged lol

If you want a dedicated iPod, buy it fast, they are being discontinued. Could snag a bargain before they become collectors items!

Hello Menu Friends,
Today, DS, DD, and I are traveling to Seattle for a concert. It will be a drive over, see a concert, drive back the next day thing since well work and school. It should be a fun concert. Last night my niece let me know that she and her boyfriend will be moving from Seattle to Spokane (where I live). I am excited to have family in the area, maybe my sister (her mom) will visit more often with her daughter here.
QOTD: I usually have the TV on for background noise if I am home alone. At work if I need to concentrate no podcasts or audible since I can only really focus on one thing. Otherwise, I generally play the morning shows podcast while I do mindless work on the computer.
