Happy Wednesday!! What's on your menu today?
Good Morning Jen and Menuers,
Never have I ever seen a Star Wars movie so I have to say I don't get it. Are they just so good they don't get hit? If so it is funny. My Wednesdays for the next 9 weeks are crazy between exercise, Doctors appointments, Pt, work, and bible study I won't see home till at least 8:30 tonight. Sounds bad but who knows it may keep me from snacking. I brought and extra baby bel and a Robert Irvine's Fit crunch to munch at bible study to get me through.
QOTD: Background Noise for sure. When I sleep the TV must be on. I play I heart here at work and could never exercise without it. Even when I am doing quit time with my Bible I play instrumental music to help me focus.

How can you not have seen even 1 episode of Star Wars? Crazy since they have been around forever.

Good morning! I had a great night's sleep and my eyes popped open at 6:18 am. So bring on the day. I did have my husband drive me almost all the way to his pickle ball game to walk home yesterday. It ended up being right at 3 miles, but I was actually very surprised that it was almost all up hill. I was very, very glad to see my front door when I got home. Debating on a short walk today. Right now, my legs are voting NO!. And then I had 10 peanut M&M's last night. I usually don't ever have stuff like that. But Rog had them out, and they were screaming my name. I actually thought of Chrissy with every one I picked. I rotated colors and savored them. But I did not need them, for sure.
Today is more prep for the trip and my monthly lunch with my girlfriend. We all know by now what that means. Split chicken fajitas for lunch! I really should go take a walk, I just realized that I am having two restaurant meals today. The fridge is really empty except cheese and eggs. And I can easily see the bottom of the freezer, but I still have a few days to stretch out what's in there. I have one goal and that is to try and leave only the frozen stuffed peppers in there so if we get home and are miserable after the long haul from Paris through San Fran, I can microwave us something reasonable to eat here at home.
QoTD: Usually need noise around me. I'm learning not to have the TV on all day now that I am home because it drives Rog crazy, but I really like to have distractions around me.
Menu:
B: leftover parmesan Sole
L: half order chicken fajitas and beans
D: we are trying a new Chinese take out place and my goal is to order beef and broccoli. And an egg roll. But, we'll see how I do with the audibles at game time.
Peace Everybody!

Are you stretching for your walks? I don't stretch before but I absolutely have a stretch routine after. That may help with the pain.
Me and those damn M&M's. Since the last pair didn't fit and I threw and old pair of sneakers away yesterday I bought these today.

You are doing a great job with the fridge/freezer clean out! I am not as disciplined about that as I should be

Jen
I have been adding to my freezer every week since I dont eat alot or fast enough to fini**** all before it goes bad. I wish DH would also eat what I make but he is not eating very health consciously so he is not interested in what I am making.

G'morning all!
Jen, it took me a sec to understand the meme but once I got it...FUNNY!!! Aaaw, graduations are so bitter sweet, especially jr high that goes by so fast. Make sure we get to see the new hair do.
Not much going on here, just the usual.
QOTD: while working I prefer silence, I can't concentrate with music. But in the car my audible/podcast is always on. It doesn't matter if it's just a quick 5 min trip to the grocery store; audible goes on. I was actually thinking about audibles yesterday; I wouldn't have stuck to my pathetic jogging if I didn't have audibles. Music doesn't hold my attention and after the first couple of minutes I would be thinking how many miles I have left. While with audible I get into the book and the miles limp along-not fly along because I will never be that type of jogger.
My meals yesterday :
- Coffee
- Hearty veg broth and cheese whisps (yes it was that cold that I needed soup)
- Fage yogurt w/berries, chomp stick, jellos
- Kung Pao chicken
- E: 4 miles jog
Happy hump day!
