^This made me laugh so hard!

Good morning, everyone, and welcome to the half way point!!

Busy day for me today, I will definitely be putting the flex in flexible work day! I've already been up and working for a bit and later today I have PT, a hair appt and my youngest nephew has jr high graduation late this afternoon. So lucky for technology and flexibility that let me do all the things!

QOTD - are you a silence or background noise kind of person? I used to be "no quiet, must have music" but I think working from home so much since 2020 and on so many calls has changed that and I don't have much on in the background anymore. I can't drive without music/podcast/audible, though, cannot do it. It's like seatbelts, the car doesn't go without them on.

Menu today is a bit up in the air given all the things I have to do but I'll at least start with a good morning!

Coffee plus half and half X2

Sausage links and egg

TBD on anything else but I will have a barebell in my purse if I need it.

Have a wonderful Wednesday everyone!

Good mornin everyone.

yesterday was......special. My a/c unit in my room quit working and it was a 100° day. Then our little chance of rain exploded it seems. We ended getting around 3 inches of rain in 20 minutes. Along with a crap ton of hail up to golf ball sized that beat all our plants up. Our lovely geraniums are no more but our tomato plants mostly are ok.

Thankfully my mom is going to buy me a new a/c unit today I just hate that she has to do the moving. Those suckers are heavy.

I have an appointment with my counselor early afternoon. I need it. She wants me to see a new psychiatrist. I'm not a fan of change in that area but I do agree. I love my psychiatrist but the clinic is a wham bam kind of deal. I need someone who can invest time with me. My psychologist thinks I have a thought disorder other than bi-polar. We'll see the movement on that today.

we found a great find at the thrift store yesterday. A 22" by 18" stained glass piece. In lovely colors

QOTD: I value both but I prefer some white noise or music. I never watch tv on my own or much movie stuff. I have the sound of bird going on outside and I love the quietness of the morning starting.

weight is going in the right direction. Almost ten lbs down.

B: gf waffle, JUST egg, Gouda sheers and half a cup of coffee

L: probably GF chicken nuggets and a PP shake

D ???

Thanks! I really love it but we're not sure what to do with it now. The cats would bother it in our big window. We might give it as a housewarming gift to my aunt & cousin since they are buying a new house together. I want it to be able to shine!

I know, so so crazy. We've had our windiest season since 1983. Thanks to La Niña. We're windy enough already but we had a 77mph wind gust that day.
