Happy Monday

I also had a wonderful Mother's Day. We went out for a late breakfast at a new place that was pretty good. They were giving all the mothers chocolate strawberries for a treat. They were so so good. I ended up buying a few more at the grocery store and had one later. My DH and kiddos bought me a new sit on top kayak for Mother's Day. It had to be ordered since they couldnt find the one I wanted locally so it will come sometime this week. That is ok since it is still too cold for me to get out in the water. I will sell the current hard kayak I have since it does not track well in the water.

I was kinda tired and lazy this weekend. Not sure if it is because of too many early mornings or my eating. I feel that I over indulged a bit this weekend. Saturday and Sunday I had some sweets. Last night I was a bit sick to my stomach after my dinner. Definitely looking forward to eating on my plan this week. I am thinking of no "off" plan days for 2 weeks. My weight continues to be stubborn, so I have yet to reach my ultimate goal of 130 lbs, I am hovering between 132-135. Yesterday I did management to plant a few vegetables that I had picked up on Saturday at the master gardeners sale. I had bought some cherry tomatoes (5 plants), 1 squash (this yellow pancake shaped squash that is suppose to taste like lemon), and 4 pepper plants (bell, poblano, jalapeno, and ??). I also purchased a bunch of flowering plants that need to go into the ground. I am hoping to get to that this coming weekend. I have some bedding prep to do first.

QOTD: nothing I can think of.

B: triple zero greek yogurt with collagen, cold brew with half n half

L: lettuce salad with grilled chicken, ff french dressing

S: Strawberry Protein "frosty"

D: 1/2 c taco meat, mixed veggies with yogurt ranch

S: 100 cal bag kettle corn, 2 squares sf chocolate

E: 60 min hot power yoga
