QOTD: It would be scrambled eggs with creamed corn and fried Spam. I know it sounds most bizarre, but it is so good. Of course I eat all sorts of odd and unusual things.

Had a busy weekend trying to do outside stuff, but the darn wind was making things difficult. I do have this Friday so hopefully we can get the netting on the greenhouse/garden.

I've started IF with just doing OMAD so I will be having leftover steaktips with mushroom/onions and gravy. My husband tried to talk me into going out yesterday for Mother's day, but I told him I would rather cook my own meal and went with the steaktips.

Good morning all and Happy Monday!

My grandma passed away over the weekend after being in hospice. She was 94 and passed on her own terms after a good, long life.

QOTD- I used to try to spread my love of Chinese dim sum to others. However, it didn't go over well with the last couple friends I introduced.

B: Dannon Light and Fit Coconut Yogurt, Tangerine.

L: Chicken Salad.

D: Leftover prime rib.

S: light string cheese.

HW: 371 SW(8/9/21): 324 CW: 215. 0 lbs til goal of skin reduction surgery. I'm still looking for a new plastic surgeon.

I am sorry to hear about your grandma. Even though she was in hospice, losing a loved one is never easy.

I worked with a Chinese lady who took me to dim sum some years ago. I did like some of it but not all of it. Fried chicken claws, no thank you.
