Happy Monday, what's on your menu?
Good Morning! Jen, I hope the stiffness/soreness gets better. I had a decent weekend. We didn't have full kitchen "access" yet so I wasn't able to out anything away yet. This week will provide some interesting opportunities at work. We have a new person that's supposed to start this morning. The one that started about two months is going to try a different position but she didn't find out until late Friday. Let's just say it might be a bit awkward.
QOTD: maybe cauliflower options
TSS: 7 years 8 months
B: SF latte, orange, Quaker protein/fiber oatmeal and turkey sausage
L: TBD, may try and take the new team member to lunch
S: Protein puffs, nuts, an apple and yogurt
D: Eggbites, toast, sliced orange/banana, and 2 squares dark chocolate
ES: Greek yogurt
E: Elliptical and treadmill
V/W: On track
Totals: Cals: TBD
Have a great one!

Good morning ~ Happy Monday! I actually don't mind Mondays anymore - they are a re-set for me and the work day always flies. Besides, I get to listen to Lincoln Highway and hopefully finish this week. Yesterday, getting in and out of the car with my son was tough - the bluetooth kept coming on and I had to keep turning it off during a really good part. I had a nice weekend. I won $400 in the Derby! 80-1 odds, what a crazy longshot. That was so fun. Mothers day my son took me to lunch at a Cuban restaurant - that was fun too. I'd never had yucca fries before -they were super dense and starchy, but crispy and delicious with the garlic sauce. My son got a can of Cuban champagne cola soda that had 56 grams of sugar - holy crap! Coca-Cola has 39 grams.
QOTD - I'd try your rattlesnake bites! My weird thing is peanut butter and dill pickle sandwiches on white bread - I grew up eating those rather than PB&J. Seriously ya'll, they are good.
Accountability - there were yucca fries and bread x 2 yesterday - so good!
B - coffee, L&F greek coconut w/strawberries
l - just chicken, salad mix, my ranch
d- leftover tritip and SF/FF baked beans
s- cucumber and grape tomatoes
Have a great day!

I am going to order Lincoln Highway from the library since you and others have raved about it. I just finished the Midnight Library. That book could stimulate some good book club discussion on life choices and the ability to redo our regrets.

I LOVED the Midnight Library and still think of it all the time. I'm really enjoying Lincoln Highway, the audio is wonderful.

Ours were oddly huge/chunky and I totally agree.
