Good morning ~ Good day indeed! I am a basic Star Wars fan. I don't know all the details, the planets and back stories of the characters, but I get by. My son is a walking encyclopedia of Star Wars facts and trivia. I have to watch with him to understand Mandalorian and Boba Fett, lol.

I didn't have my therapy appt yesterday. I had the date wrong, it's actually tomorrow. Looking forward to it, but my expectations are low. Maybe I'll be surprised.

Accountability -All on plan foods, but I over ate grazing on this and that. Anxiety sucks.

b- coffee, HB eggs

l-just chicken, Mexican cauli rice, taco sauce

d- SF BBQ chicken thigh and green beans

s-cucumber, tomatoes and 2 SF Werther's coffee caramel candies.

Have a great day!

I am a mid level fan; I know all the big details and plot points but there are people that are way way way more knowledgeable than I am. I do really like the mandalorian and I'm looking forward to the obi wan series at the end of the month.

Yes for Obi Wan!! Of course I'll watch with my son so he can interpret. It's like a foreign language to me, haha

Don't feel bad I love Star Wars and I had to re-watch all of the movies to figure out who Boba Fett was. He wasn't even named in a couple of the movies.

Good Morning Jen and Menuers,

Thanks for the recipe from yesterday Jen. I need to get that in my crockpot soon. And nice work trying to convincing me that that is a camel. BTW who is worth sitting in the rain and cold outside to see?

Yesterday ended up as a disaster food wise exercise and weather wise. First of all I ordered a Taco Kit from a fundraiser and It was Moe's. I thought since it was a fundraiser it would be frozen and cook as you need but NOOOO. I was a $40 taco kit with everything warm and ready to eat. It had to feed at least 5 people. there were taco shells I bet 20 and a huge bag of fresh warm tortilla chips. After I consumed way to many chips and a taco shell, I realized if I thought about it I could have swapped there shell for a low carb or even better I could have made a bowl with the inners. Then I though I will walk however there were tornado warnings and I couldn't get outside. Blah blah. When will my excuses stop and I can get back on track? I do see huge improvements in my arm so I hope my head heals soon too.

I got PT tonight but nothing else much going on. I have to get the ingredients for City Chicken because it is mothers day this weekend.

Well, given how many times I've been rained or snowed on at Red Rocks, a lot of people but tonight it's Waxahatchee as the opener and then Jason Isbell and the 400 unit as the headliner. Early may or mid September shows are pretty chancy weather wise but we got snowed on seeing Harry Connick Jr in August one year so no day is really safe, lol.
