Good Morning Jen and Menuers,

Thanks for starting us off Jen The Korean fire chicken is this something you make? If so I'd like the recipe I still have your crockpot lemon chicken in my rotation I made it Sunday with chicken thighs. The family loved it.

Looks like my boss may be on vacation. Not that it matters but I just seem more relaxed when I know he is not here and I take some liberties with a little extended lunch. So I may run to Walmart and hang there for a bit today. I got coupons I'd like to use.

I definitely see the PT working. I can grab the top of the steering wheel now with no problems and I can drink out of a water bottle with my right arm.

Excellent that you are seeing improvement from PT already!!

yes, this Korean fire chicken, I found the recipe in one of the Milk Street cookbooks and then once I was comfortable with their recipe, I changed it and made it in the crockpot now.

Chicken breasts in the crockpot ; mix soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, gojujang, ginger, crushed red peppers, garlic and a bit of sesame oil, pour over the chicken breasts; cook on high for four hours, low for 2 (my chicken was semi frozen) and it was so so good. You could use whatever cut of chicken you like, I like breasts best but a lot of people like thighs more. I am not a measured but all the sauce ingredients added up to a little over two cups in the measuring cup and it was a 3lb pack of chicken.

I can't believe you missed all this rain. Everything here is soaked. I know what you mean about bosses not being around. Another reason I like working from home. We had a boss one time who kept a notebook of who was late getting back from lunch. We realized he was sitting by the back door doing that. One day we all came in the front door and he was so upset because he thought everyone was late. He gave up because he could no****ch both doors at once. Glad the PT is working.

ugh, micromanagement. some people need to do something more productive with their time instead of minding everyone else's business. I like my job since I am independent, come and go as I please as long as I get the work done.
