I try to start the week expecting good things, that way, even when it goes sideways there's still some place to go. Hope you get some rest and recover from the migraine.

Good morning, everybody!
We did this thing called HYDROX Fitness Test:
1000 Meter Run
50 Burpee Broad jumps
100 Lunges
1000 Meter Row
30 hand release push ups
100 Wall ball Shots 14 pounds to 10 feet
And now all of the tiny little muscles in my feet are stiff from the Broad Jumps. It's kind of a weird feeling. I was expecting to have a case of lunger's butt today, but nothing so far. Could be delayed onset though, so I'm not going to celebrate yet.
I was in charge of getting my son off to prom. It was kind of stressful without Marilyn, but all I really needed to do was help him with his bowtie, enamel buttons, and cufflinks, take a few pictures and find him an umbrella. I will post a picture on Friday.
Of course at 1:00 on Sunday morning, the "can I stay later" text shows up. So I ended up being awake until about 3:30 and only slept a few hours.
QOTD: Definitely a daylight person. I found it hard to function this winter when it started to get dark so early.
Breakfast: scrambled eggs and hash
Lunch: Roast Beef
Dinner: hamburger
Have great day, all!

I think you are the first just daylight! I am loving seeing all the prom pictures the last few weeks although more than a few times I have reacted with "how is X old enough for prom".

Good morning! I've got a very chill day planned. Rog is golfing in a tourney, so he won't be back til around 5 and my son is leaving this morning around 9. So then I have the day to myself at the lake. I hope to get in a good bike ride, take the dogs on a nice couple of walks and sit with the sun on my face and read my book. Which led me to understand that I am a day person. I love gentle sunshine on my face and shoulders.
Food is all about leftovers again. The RV fridge is packed. I behaved myself yesterday and ate my leftover chicken instead of the rib eye the guys were having and my mouth wanted. My stomach definitely was better for making the adult decision and sticking with it.
B. Chorizo beans and cottage cheese
L. Prosciutto wrapped asparagus and a chunk of parm
D: so many options in there! I can't decide yet.
Peace Everybody!
