Whoo hoo - It's Monday and a new month! Are you ready to make it a great one?

I hope everyone had a great weekend; I did! Today is shaping up to be busy with some interesting work things and I have to pick up a pair of eyeglasses that are ready for me; someone is coming to dethatch my lawn this morning (unless the huge thunderstorms we had last night change that) and I have a couple of things I need to do around the house, plus workout and PT. Busy day!

QOTD Are you sunrise, daylight, twilight, or nighttime? Why? I love sunrise; there's just something exciting and magical to me about the new day and all the opportunities it presents.

menu today is:

coffee plus half and half x2

biscuit and breakfast sausage

greek yogurt

Korean fire chicken breast

frozen light and fit greek

Have a fantastic day everyone!

Good mornin Jen and everyone!

Yesterday was SCARY! We had severe weather and there was tennis ball sized hail not even 5 miles from here...you could hear the roar! Somewhere about 10 miles west of Amarillo got softball and baseball sized hail. I hate hail! The only funny thing out of it was someone in one of the meteorologist FB page replied talking about it and used hell instead of hail. It just struck me as funny. Thankfully the storms were very high based so even though sirens went off nothing really materialized. I hate severe weather like this. I've been caught in baseball sized hail and ever since I'm just afraid of it I guess.

Not a lot planned today. I never did get a nap yesterday after being up since 12:12am. I CRASHED. I still didn't get great sleep but it was at least sleep. Hurting something awful. We might run to the grocery store...or we might just stay home until we have to get the kids after school.

QOTD: I've been a little bit of all of em in my life, currently it's sunrise. I'd take more pics if it were not for the power lines being in the way. I adore sunsets but since my back stuff reared it's ugly head I just don't usually stay up for it.

I've been able to lose 7 pounds n about 12 days. Just being more aware has helped.

B: cheerios, almond milk and coffee

L: probably a taco something

D: leftovers again

S: GF crackers and ???

here is my moms new Seltos.

Mornin' All!

my sister will be here in about a half hour to take us over to the bus stop (we're flying out of O'Hare). So the adventure begins!!

QOTD: my favorite time of day is early in the morning when I'm checking my email/FB/OH while propped up in bed with a mug of coffee next to me, so I guess that would be sunrise (well - it is NOW, anyway. In the middle of winter, it's still dark!)

B: Greek yogurt topped with 2 T muesli, coffee

MS: Fit Frappe

L: ?

AS: ?

D: whatever they're serving on the plane!

I did pack a bunch of snacks so we won't have to buy lunch at the airport - and to have if needed in Italy (peanut butter crackers, parmesan crisps, protein bars) - so something out of my stash will probably be lunch & an afternoon snack.

have a great day, all!
