OMG, so cute. I would have also been tempted to touch it just to see how it felt.

It is Friday! Sing it out loud!
Well my weekend wont resemble the meme since I have some kid to do things. Now that the weather is nicer my DD wants to get back out to the ranch she volunteered on last summer. It was fun for her since she got English riding lessons for working with the horses and other ranch related tasks. She asked me to drive her there tomorrow morning so we will leave around 7am so she can arrive by 8:30am. She does this with a friend, whose parents will pick them up in the evening to bring them home. Usually they would stay all weekend but DD and DS's band is performing on Sunday (where they need to arrive by 7am for setup) at a local race. It is a rather large race held in our area that is done annually and is quite a big deal in our area. The race has bands performing along the race route (7 miles in length), so that should be fun for the kids. The other thing I have on Saturday is to attend the local county's composting fair to get a free composting bin. I am still waiting for my red wigglers to arrive for my inside composting bin. I also need to put into the garden my carrot, bok choy, leek, and onion seeds.
QOTD: Permed hair done at home which inadvertently was over processed. Oh and the Dorothy Hamill haircut, which I was inspired to get because it looked cute on my sister, that looked dreadful on my adolescent chubby face. Cringe!
It seems that my stomach has felt full this week so I didn't plan a midday snack but have something as a backup
B: Triple zero greek yogurt with collagen, cold brew with half n half (I am liking the caramel flavored stevia in place of the drizzle of caramel)
L: salad with grilled chicken, ff french dressing
D: Mock protein frosty
S: 100 cal bag popcorn, 2 squares sf chocolate
E: Hoping to do hot yoga again depending on what time I leave work, otherwise 30 min yoga, 30 min HIIT

You are bringing worms inside the house.....on purpose? I knew composting involved worms but I don't think I thought through that they would be inside/wherever the bin is but that makes sense!

My grandpa used to go fishing every week or so and had 3 worm beds. He loved grossing us out so he'd get a worm and eat it in front of us. It still grosses me out to think about it

There are 2 (actually more) types of composting. The inside composting is only using vegetables and fruit, some paper products. Add worms (red wigglesers). This type of composting you can continue to add to the bin daily. I am excited to give it a try.
