What's your plan for Thursday?

I think you have so many interests that it helps when you have to pivot like we did! It is good to learn new positive things about yourself even when the chaos is "global pandemic".

Good morning! It's chilly here and I have the beginnings of a cold Rog felt compelled to share. But that's not going to stop me from enjoying this lake view. Very little to do today, but at the top of my list are jacuzzi for a bit and ride the bike to check out all the other rigs. Sounds like a stressful day on tap for me. LOL. We've been here two nights and I've made two amazing dinners (if I do say so myself) so I'm going low key today.
QoTD: I am very insecure at heart. I'm a Navy brat and changed schools 6-7 times before sixth grade, so that gave me some coping skills. I come out all boss lady and in charge, but my husband will often look at me right behind his back and ask if I am hiding. And the answer is yes.

Aaaw, you two are so good for each other.
Even when he "feels compelled" to share his cold with you. That's love.

Aww, I know that constant moving lifestyle! I was in 12 schools before 7th grade (and then 1 school for 7 to 12). It's hard but it does give you adaptability in a lot of ways.

Marine brat here! After my dad retired, I thought it was weird that my classmates had known each other since kindergarten!

Because adults that are learning to do hand stands should not take instruction from teenage gymnasts on YouTube. I am proof that you CANNOT learn everything on YouTube, lol. I ended up with a bicep tendon issue that I "lived with" way longer than I should hence PT to regain full mobility and now strengthening to get back to handstands (and a pull up)!

Happy Pre-Friday
I have a busy day today with work related meetings, hair appointment after work, plus I started the day off with a 7am chiropractor appointment for my daughter. Due to my hair appointment it will be a rest day for exercise. I wanted to do hot yoga again last evening but DD had an eye appointment that I had rescheduled multiple times, so by the time that was done I didn't have time to get to the yoga studio for the class. I ended up doing an hour of yoga instead of the 30min HIIT then 30 min yoga last evening.
QOTD: Most people think that I am pretty square but I have tattoos and can have a bawdy sense of humor.
B: triple zero greek yogurt with collagen, cold brew with caramel drizzle, half n half
L; salad with grilled chicken, ff french dressing
S: Mock protein frosty
D: chicken, shrimp, chicken sausage gumbo over riced cauliflower
S: 100 cal bag popcorn, 2 squares sf chocolate
E: rest
Have a wonderous day.
