Mornin' Everyone!
pedicure this morning - then taking our cat who had the corneal ulcer back to the specialist clinic this afternoon. His eye is drippy and he's squinting. Not sure if the ulcer is making a comeback, or if it's just a normal reaction to withdrawal from the drops. I'd rather not leave town - and be gone a couple of weeks - without knowing the answer to this. Hopefully it's just simple congestion that'll clear up on its own.
not much else going on in my world, other than the Scotland trip for July (family reunion of a bunch of distant cousins I don't know - because I "met" a couple of them via DNA testing) might be back on (the reunion is "on" regardless - it's just whether or not it's "on" for me....)
QOTD: I'm pretty introverted. Most people are really surprised by this, because I'm pretty good at compensating for it and forcing myself to interact with people and/or speak publicly. But it becomes evident sometimes when I'm with another very introverted person. Painful.
B: plain Greek yogurt with cranberry/cherry compote. Coffee with half & half
L: cheesecake-flavored yogurt pie with the compote (trying to use up perishable things before we leave on our trip)
AS: protein shake, maybe more yogurt with the compote
D: Indian bean curry
have a great day, everyone!

Good Morning Jen and Menuers,
What an encouraging post from you this morning Jen. Not just the Meme but that workout you did yesterday is inspiring this girl. I am jealous I can't do that exactly but I am inspired to move. And since I have no appointments and no PT I plan on doing some walking after work. It started out in the low 20's today but by the time I get home It should be in the Mid 50's. It will keep me out of the kitchen so I do not over snack.
QOTD: I swam before I walked. I was born in December and I was swimming in June. Since then I have Lifeguarded through all my years of high school and I also have a SCUBA licenses.
Accountability: I grazed dinner. PT was at 6:15 so I stopped home and had a baked oat muffin then when I got back I ate salad than snacked the rest of the evening. I saw Peanut butter on Tea biscuits, Popcorn, Some Raisin and hazelnut chocolate. Not conducive to someone that needs to loose a couple pounds.
TSS: 4 years 4 months 1 days: 151.2 LBS, (Lowest 129.4) Plan to be back in the mid to high 130's by July.
B: Coffee with SF CM Chocolate Caramel creamer
MS: Light and fit Crème Brulee Greek yogurt and berries
CB: Coffee with SF CM Chocolate Caramel creamer
L: Eggwich and Snack selects
D: Garden salad with grilled chicken patty
Exercise: I am going to walk 2 miles or so. I have a route picked out that is not my normal 3 miles but I did over do it last weekend walking 6 miles in 2 days(leg cramps, shins hurt) so I am going to shorten the route but not slow the pace.
Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. sublingual B12 1x a week
Everybody Have a great day.
Brightest Blessings.
Chrissy

Wow, that is amazing! I didn't learn to swim until I was in my 30s so I'm always impressed by those of that swim like fishes! I am really enjoying my dribble up equipment and workouts for sure!

QOTD- I was in the Marines, a long time ago in a galaxy far far away. Or at least it seems like it now. I was also a volunteer Firefighter for 11 years. Fire is good!
I think I have 4 offers on the condo right now, we countered one that came in $10K above list. These people have sold their house on the mainland and need a place fast. So maybe they will counter back. It would be nice to make a little more money on this sale. The real estate fee is eating up a lot of my equity.
It looks like the draft is on local TV so if I don't forget I should be able to watch it.
I need to get to work. Have a great day everyone!

We seem to have moved into year round fire danger here. I've always loved a nice evening around a fire pit but these days just no. Volunteer fighter fighters are so important everywhere and a lot of people don't realize how many we have/need across the country.

We went to the NHL draft in 2015 (or 2016?) .DD was very impressed with all the young players in their suits.
