What's on Your Tuesday Menu?
Happy Taco Tuesday,
Yesterday I was busy outside with blowing out the rock beds (fall cleanup in the spring), then mowing the lawn. I did not get my bok choy, carrots, or onions planted as planned since I needed to keep some energy for my first hot yoga class. I really enjoyed the class. It seems that I rarely sweat anymore since I have lost all my weight but I certainly did yesterday. I didn't realize that hot yoga burns substantially more calories than non-hot yoga (490 vs 200 for 1 hour). I will try to do hot yoga at least once per week, probably not realistic to do it more than that plus I can workout at home for free. I did however purchase yogatoes mat since my hands were getting sweaty/slippery. I need to get the rest of the "cold" veggies planted soon.
Tonight I have my 2nd class for Project Management. I actually missed the first class due to my FIL's vigil. The class is 3 hours long so I need to leave early from work so that I can get my workout in before class.
