Good morning ~ Conference food, hit or miss for sure. Sometimes I swear they are put on by my inner fat girl. Other times, by my brother who just wants to gross me out. Good luck today, Jim.
Unfortunately, we did not win the 400 million Powerball jackpot, so its back to work today. Yesterday was crazy, today should be an easy day, no meetings so I should be able to get organized today. Taking the dogs to the vet this afternoon. Our Pom, Sunny is having cough/trachea issues, poor guy.
Accountability - great
b- coffee, eggwich
l - just chicken, salad mix w/chipotle aioli and pickles
d- smoked turkey and salad mix w/lite sesame dressing
s- carrots, cherry tomatoes
Have a great day!

Mornin' All!
well yesterday's follow up with the veterinary ophthalmologist went extremely well. My cat's corneal ulcer, after six months, is finally GONE!!! No more 4x a day eye drops! And no having the cat sitter come over lots of extra times ($$$) while we're gone to do his eye drops!! YAY!! In other news, we haven't seen any inappropriate poops in random places for the last two days from our inappropriate pooper. I'm not going to get excited quite yet - we'll let a couple more days go by first - but this is looking a bit promising. Among other things, the animal behaviorist had us buy some new, bigger litter boxes. She said our old litter boxes (I'm sure they're all at least ten years old) have probably absorbed smells, even though we scoop them at least twice a day. She thought the kitty might be sensitive to that, and it got to the point where she's refused to use them. She said she actually recommends people replace their litter boxes every 1-2 years. As you can see by the picture I posted below, she's in love with one of her new litter boxes. She's been sitting in it, lying in it, and rolling around in it since we brought it home two days ago. Fingers crossed.
I have a massage scheduled for 11:00 am, but that's it for today. I'll do some cleaning later on this afternoon (after letting myself bask in post-massage bliss for a couple of hours) and do some more stuff in preparation for my trip.
B: plain skyr either topped with 2 T of a fruit compote - or else with a couple teaspoons of rose syrup mixed in and topped with 2 T of pistachios. Coffee with half & half.
MS: protein shake
L: yogurt pie
AS: the last protein muffin or else a light yogurt with a skinny bagel
D: makra dal (Indian bean curry) on a small homemade roti (flat bread)
ex: I should probably do something. Maybe a youtube video (dance cardio or walking) before I go for my massage
Here's Kardelen in one of the new litter boxes (actually an under-the-bed storage box we picked up at Target - it was bigger than the actual litter boxes they were selling (the behaviorist said to get boxes that are at least 1.5x the length of the cat's body (from neck to the base of the tail). This thing fit the bill!
That is crazy that the answer may just be a change of the box. You would think an animal wouldn't like change. Most humans don't. I hope this is the easy and inexpensive answer you were looking for.
