What's on Your Tuesday Menu?

Good morning everybody!

I'm up early today. I have a three day conference in the city this week, so I have to be out the door early. Not too sure on my menu today because most meals will be at the conference. In the past this organization has tended to have lunches that all had mayonnaise on them, so I may be scavenging.

Undoubtedly I will circle back later on my phone when I am unable to pay attention in class for the entire lecture. Until then, have a great day, all!

Mornin Jim! Ewww of the mayo. Just eww. LOL

not much in the plans for the day here. We need to do a detailed clean of the car. We're going tomorrow to see about financing and what they'll give for the car as a trade in. Our guy at the dealership told me in an email the Seltos vehicles(4 of em) will be here by the end of the week. If my mom likes driving them we'll likely have a new vehicle by this time next week. We're putting down a hefty down payment so the monthly payment should be below 300 for a shorter term loan. We could pay it all up front but that'd really make things tight. It'll either be grey or Pearl white. They have a pretty burnt looking orange but they are harder to get in that trim...my mom didn't like it much either. She kind of wanted blue but it's hard to find too. It'll be nice to not have to fall into the Rio of climb out. It's even bothering my 5'6" mom. It's been a good car though.

I'm hurting pretty aggressively today so it should be a long day. Tomorrow will be longer though. I'm not feeling particularly good. I wish I could post a gif here...it'd explain it perfectly LOL

i went a little cray cray with food yesterday. Felt sorry for myself. Pickin myself up and dusting myself off.

B: JUST egg cup, coffee x2 and maybe a yogurt?

L: thinkin oatmeal as it's easy

D: ???

S: 1.5 cups popcorn, meat stick and ???

have a great day everyone!

Good Morning, lots of luck with lunch. Hopefully there will be something that they have not ruined. I never did understand why taking some nice meat or fish and adding mayonnaise turns it into salad.

Put me in the anti-mayo camp as well. Yuck.

I slept until my alarm went off at 4 (which never happens so it always scares the crap out of me when it goes off) then went back to sleep for another 90 minutes. The last dream I remember was that I was a police officer and I had just shot someone which was a very disturbing dream. I don't usually remember my dreams, don't usually sleep until the alarm and I don't usually go back to sleep once I'm up so I am thinking I might be tired!

Today is a busy day at work, meetings straight through from 8 to 3; I didn't get out to Costco yesterday so might try after work today, plus I have book club at 8 tonight (book under discussion The Lincoln Highway). I might take a rest day from working out which will be my first since April 3 or I might just go for a walk depending on the weather (and if I do the Costco run or not).

menu today:

coffee plus half and half X2

greek yogurt with blackberries

deli chicken with cheddar

meatballs

built bar or L&F

have a great Tuesday everyone!

I now substitute low-fat plain or vanilla yogurt for mayo. Although when I did use mayo pre-surgery it was just a smidge since I don't really care for it.

Great job on the workout streak! Impressive.

hi all

so the yoga series you are apparently supposed to do at night which didn't happen last night. also there is a glitch in the program and it is not going to the TV like it should. yes i do realize this is an excuse so getting back at it today.

food: ate the rest of the chicken salad. I would say that and deviled eggs are the only thing that deserves mayo

last night i also made shrimp n grits (for DH) and shrimp and shirataki noodles for me. I made a cheese sauce with gouda cheese and put some of that on the noodles.

today:

coffee coffee

protein pancakes

l: leftover pork chops OR rotis chicken

s: ?

d: either pork eggrolls (wanton wrapper) or chicken or ? need to think
