Congrats on your surgery and yes it is common to not be hungry after surgery and you can consider yourself a lucky one. I know some people who have said the opposite that they are still always hungry no matter what. But one thing you need to do is learn what is really your hunger and what is head hunger. Head hunger is real and it can really mess with you. I had triggers early on that would make me "hungry" and that included watching tv (food commercials) and shopping. I learned to fight the urge when it hit by keeping my mind focused on other things (not food related). It helped but I do still get some head hunger issues at times. Just eat when you are supposed to and keep sipping your liquids so you don't get dehydrated. Best of luck to you.
