Good morning Jen and menuers,

I am back in the office today. My appointment went well and I was released to drive. I did my first PT yesterday and they stressed how I need to continue to take it easy. They thought I was doing well and about 40% recovered. I got a way to go. No running for at least 3 more months. I am aloud to walk and this weekend looks like I good time to start. Weather looks great this weekend. I was able to apply my full makeup this morning so I will be able to go out and be social again. I probably will go back to church in person on Sunday.

QOTD: I would rather be happy but I have always had the hard headed mentality of my way or no way.

Yay for getting to drive. Sorry about the delayed running but I'm sure it'll be worth when you're all healed up.

Good morning all and Happy Friday!

We got through another week! This weekend should be busy. I'll spend some time with family, some time on studies and maybe fit in a couple hours of relaxation too.

QOTD: I'd rather be happy. It's just not worth it to impose my thoughts on others when they are stubborn, not listening, or just plain wrong. Why can't everyone just acknowledge that I'm an all-knowing God and show some God damned respect! All jokes aside, life's too short to worry about being right.

B: Dannon Light and Fit Coconut Yogurt, Tangerine.

L: Chicken Salad.

D: Brisket and carrots.

HW: 371 SW(8/9/21): 324 CW: 215. 0 lbs til goal of skin reduction surgery. I'm still looking for a new plastic surgeon.

Good morning! Packing our bags and getting ready for the road trip home. This week has flown by. Last night I tried hard to walk the tightrope between indulging and enjoying an amazing meal and being on plan. Not going to lie, it was hard to do and I was not great. The food was amazing and they brought it all out so slowly, in the best way, that allowed me to graze more. Can't even think about the number of calories. But I did not make myself sick with my one or two bites of each and several of the courses were pretty healthy. And I had a wonderful time with my oldest gabbing and laughing. Oh. And we killed two bottles of wine. I'm on the wagon today and will stay on it for a while. My poor little liver.
QoTD. Happy. Being right all the time is lonely. But like you all, there are some lines/ideologies that I will not suffer.
Menu today will be weird. Can't wait for home and a job egg and cottage cheese!

B the Turkey croissant with fancy cheese, hold the croissant.

L. On the road so don't know.

D something scavenged from the freezer at home. I'm sure I have sea bass, so that's sounding good.

Peace Everybody!
