Good morning QJB! I grinned ear to ear reading your name as the writer! You've been greatly missed!

I have to go reapply at the clinic I go to...it's a yearly thing. Hoping I still get approved. I do t know if I mentioned here but I was awarded a food stamp allotment. It's embarrassing but it has also helped. I get a little over 500 a month is social security disability making my total month income less than 700 with the food stamps. I still don't really get by but it is extremely helpful.

My myelogram is Friday. I have a big swollen place in my mouth, I've had it many times before and I've been to the dentist a few times. I have no teeth on the upper part of my mouth where it is. The dentist thought a tooth's root may of gone through to my sinus cavity(my family is known to have fabulous roots and ****ty teeth...LOL). Either was it is very sore and it's likely a sinus infection causing it. It's hurting down into my neck. I have appointments to go to today, tomorrow and Thursday...of course Friday too. I'm tired as a base and really sorer than I've ever been besides surgeries. Something happened in my back and it's just extra sensitive. Even when my mom stops the car it hurts my back. Yuck.

I think I forgot to mention my mom is going to buy a new car. She wants another Kia but this time a compact SUV. Her rio is ridiculously short and small. It's also starting to have little issues(2013). Color isn't important to us it's just being able to get it! LOL they have three coming in early May so she'll be able to test drive it and see if she likes. I am looking forward to this as I won't have to pull up and out of the rio. It's not made for 6 foot plus people. When my brother gets in it's like a clown car to him and his knees are up high...he is 6'5".

QOTD: we don't have a lot of options here. I so envy you guys that have actual choices! We have two we got to regularly and then a Sam's club for certain fruits and veggies.

B: oatmeal and coffee x2

L: ???

D: thinking something grilled...maybe a flank steak.

S: no clue.

Just looked it up...a Kia Rio has a 5.5 inch ground clearance and the Seltos has 7.3 I think. BIG difference.

Good morning all and Happy Tuesday!

QJB- Hope you get some time to yourself during this school vacation week.

I'm back to the grind and not too thrilled about it. The last month of school should go fast just due to the large amount of work that will get done. I'm really struggling in my film class. It doesn't help that I'm depressed and unmotivated. Alright, enough of me being a negative Nancy. Positive thoughts. I saw an 80 degree day at the end of the this week. Much better than the 30+ degree temp right now.

I have a check in with the bariatric office nurse practitioner today. I am not looking forward to it since my weight loss hasn't progressed since last month. Maybe this will be the kick in the pants I need to reapply my complete discipline.

QOTD: I shop at two grocery stores since my favorite brand of yogurt isn't regularly stocked at my main grocery store.

Accountability: Microwave popcorn

B: Dannon Light and Fit Coconut Yogurt, Tangerine.

L: Chicken Salad.

D: Chicken Skewers

HW: 371 SW(8/9/21): 324 CW: 215. 0 lbs til goal of skin reduction surgery. I'm still looking for a new plastic surgeon.
