What's on your Tuesday Menu?

Hey Gang, I am here! It's school vacation week and I am going in later than usual, so I am here today and maybe for a few more days?
In case you didn't see my check in the other day, I will give a quick update. Basically, this school is in a rough rough rough place. No way to sugar coat it--they are in crisis on every level. Its been a ton of work and I'm exhausted--mentally and physically. Every day I struggle with whether to stay or just walk away and figure it out. Thank goodness for vacation week, though. It will be nice to have a week without staff :)
QOTD: Do you shop at more than one store a week to get your staple items? I usually go to 2 - 3 stores, which is just silly. But I like going to Trader Joe's for most of my food, but then I end up at a "regular' grocery store for the basics and sometimes I also go to Costco for bulk items.
I still have tons of leftovers from the holiday, but I am going to throw away the crap today.
B: Protein Coffee
L: Ham, potatoes, corn & broccoli
D: TJs Chicken Shwarma

Welcome back!! We missed you and I by we, I mean me, because coming up with a QOTD every day is hard:-) and yours are always so much better!!
This week is turning out to be very busy and I just realized the weekend is too! Plus I have a ton going on in May with work and personal travel so I'm suddenly feeling a bit overwhelmed schedule wise but I suspect that's more just not being used to having so much going on than anything. Have to get back into the swing of it.
QOTD - I do go to different stores because they carry different things (like some don't have the flavors of L&F greek that I like) so pick the store based on what I'm getting. I have not been to a TJs since January because they are far from me so I only go when the fearless flyer tells me they have coming that I like....but I did see the sign on the outside of the building on the one that is near me that is supposed to open next month (that is in the Costco parking lot across the street from the King Soopers (Kroger) so in May things will be much more compact for me).
I need to trim my dogwood bushes in the front while they are still dormant so will do that today, we're going to have warm weather towards the end of the week and possibly snow on Saturday so who knows when they will bloom but today, they are still dormant so I'll take advantage of that for some exercise as well as an elliptical and boxing session.
Menu today
coffee plus half and half X 2
ozery with PB
diablo salami with cheese stick
left over ham and scalloped potatoes
Have a great day everyone!

I don't always get to read when I am busy, but when I do, I always love your questions! Its so interesting to hear what other people ask. I always think--"why didn't I think of that!"
Hope you settle into your overwhelming week with ease and comfort :)
hi all
JB glad you are back and sorry for all the crazy stress. I hope you are taking time/care of yourself.
QOTD: several. usually only staples at wally world, 'real' cooking food at kroger or publix, and occasionally the specialty store like aldi, TJ's. they are a good hour or more away so i don't get to go often. im going to TN next thurs for work so I MAY stop at the TJ's they opened there on the way home. My boss is in town and coworkers are coming in.

I am also looking for inspo to get back into a real workout routine. I have a friend who wants to run a half marathon next May and asked me if I want to join. I would struggle to run 1.5 miles right now, which suckkkkkkkks, but I am competitive... so if I know I have a friend that is in it with me, it might be the kick in the butt I need?
