Good afternoon all and Happy Friday!
This week went too fast. This weekend looks pretty busy.I have holiday dinners today and tomorrow. My Dad is out of the hospital and got moved to rehab. I plan to see my Dad tomorrow before dinner. The rest of the weekend will be full of doing homework.
QOTD: it's awfully nice when I can get 8 hours of sleep. Most nights though are less than that. I can function with 4 hours though.
B: 2 hard boiled eggs, tangerine.
L: Cilantro Shrimp.
D: ??? Holiday meal. Will try to stay away from subpar desserts and candy
HW: 371 SW(8/9/21): 324 CW: 215. 0 lbs til goal of skin reduction surgery. I'm still looking for a new plastic surgeon.

Hello Menu Friends
We traveled to Montana today to see my FIL who has been very I'll and in the ICU. This morning the report I had from my DH sounded favorable. However as we (me and kids) pulled into the hospital parking lot we received an urgent call from DH to hurry to the ICU. My FIL had taken a turn for the worse and was guppy breathing. They did an interim measure (use of bipap which is similar to cpap) to help ease his breathing until his wife (MIL) could areive to see him. Anyway we withdrew care and he passed away this evening. So sad as he was a wonderful FIL who always treated me like I was his daughter. He recently told me I was his #1 DIL. I will miss him.
the weekend will be preparations for the funeral and visiting with family. My mother also lives in my hometown so I will visit her also.
QOTD: I would say about 7 hours. I notice if I get too few hours I find myself word searching when having a conversation.
I did weigh before leaving to see if there was any "damage" on the scale after my vacation I am happy to say I am down 0.6 I still want to get to 130....so the journey continues
