Seems like this one will resonate with a few!

Good morning and happy almost Friday!! Thank you all for your kind wishes for my dad yesterday; things went well, they did keep him in the hospital overnight so I will go back over there today, get him checked out and take him home.

QOTD - what fashion or style choice would you like to come back into vogue? I am waiting for the 90s era chunky shoes to come back in and then I will buy a lifetime supply. I particularly want the platform sandal (but nice wide straps) and a particular pair of Skechers mules to come back. I hear 2022 is supposed to be the year...maybe I will take a trip to DSW or Off Broadway shoes this weekend to check. Also, I think we need to bring back hats, I watch movies/look at old pictures and hats (particularly men's hats) were the bomb.

I'm going to get a boxing workout in before I head out this morning and depending on what time I get back to civilization, I might go to Dick's Sporting Goods and look at power towers, does anyone have one at home for pull-ups, dips, leg raises? I need to see how they don't tip over when you use them, I am not understanding it at all when I look at things on line.

Menu today is a bit up in the air ish

coffee plus half and half X 3

skyr or greek yogurt

balanced break

not sure about dinner

Have a terrific Thursday everyone!

That reminds me of a favorite outfit from the 90's - a pink baby doll top with black lace trimmed biker shorts!! So cute!

Baby Doll dress reminds me that I heard Courtney Love on the radio the other day for the first time in like 20 years. There was a lot of screaming.
