I was on vacation all last week. Some of the places had poor or no internet service. I will go back to read posts from last week to see what I missed.

British Museum is great. You could probably spend a week there and still not see everything! I made a point to see the Rosetta Stone and the medieval manuscripts. I checked out a few other things as well, but I was only there about half a day so I didn't even make a dent in the place.

Good morning, Jen and Menuers,

Wow yesterday was super busy at work, and I am guessing the rest of the week will be the same since we are closed on Friday. I have so many traditional foods I really want to make this weekend. I know not to push my arm, but I do not know if I can go a Good Friday without a tuna melt. Mine has hard boiled eggs, black olives and brick cheese, onions, celery and bound together with mayo. You butter the bun and toast it in the oven. Man, they are so good. I do have a can of Albacore tuna in the pantry too. Maybe DH will help me out.

QOTD: The Warhol Museum here in Pittsburgh. I been to most of the other museums in the area but that one has evaded me. Maybe if I get a visit from one of you guys someday, we can go.

Accountability: Capuchino Tea biscuits with butter and peanut butter.

TSS: 4 years 4 months 1 day: 145.8 LBS, (Lowest 129.4) Plan to be back in the mid to high 130's by July.

B: Coffee with SF CM Chocolate Caramel creamer

MS: Light and fit Creme Brule Yogurt and berries

CB: Coffee with SF CM Chocolate Caramel creamer

L: Crack chicken and a garden salad

D: Shawarma, Tabouli, and hummus

Exercise: Not today

Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. sublingual B12 1x a week

Everybody Have a great day.

Brightest Blessings.

I know you put them on for accountability so this is probably bad but I just know more about these capachinno tea biscuits. They sound delicious

I found them in the clearance isle for 45 cents. 130 calories for 6. The peanut butter and butter made them the cheat.

Mernin' errybody, happy Taco Tuesday!

QOTD - Museums are not my thing, unfortunately. My kid however has been fortunate enough to have traveled to the Louvre, Versailles, etc. She's definitely into it.

Breakfast - oat milk latte, potato & cheese taco

Lunch - veggie pizza

Dinner - is up in the air. No clue at this point, something veggie tho.

Hope you all have a great day!

Christina

Let it begin with me.
