Good morning, everybody!

It's snowing here. There, I said it. Marilyn said to avoid looking out the window and pretend, but its not working. A week ago we were on the beach in Oahu watching the sea turtles eat kelp. Between being back to work, being sore from a week without exercise and the time change, etc. it has seemed like along week to me.

Dead & Company tickets go on sale at 10:00. I have a client call at 9:30. Safe to say that they are getting my best insights during the first half of the call.

Speaking of insights, who checked out the recipe for low carb scrambled eggs? I have been such a fool for scrambling high carb eggs all of these years.

QOTD: We are having a taco truck at Crossfit after the workouts on Saturday to celebrate the beginning of Spring (LOL) and the end of the Crossfit Open. They make the little street tacos with multiple shells.

Other than that its the tickets, gym and happy hour for the most part. Oh, and taxes. I have to prepare my extensions and owe a sickening amount money with them.

There is a Color Run in our town tomorrow, but 29 is too cold. Not that I would have want to run in 95 either, though.

Good morning! Sorry folks, but today is Santa Ana weather and we are expecting temps in the high 90's. I'm off to take a walk here shortly before it's blazing hot. Not much on my to do list. Still need groceries, but I am not sure I see that happening yet. Trying to clear space out of the fridge from all the events and company over the last week. I've got a plan for tonight, so I'll probably not go. Seems I need a near empty fridge to strike fright in my heart and come up with inspiration for the week. But I did have a very weird, random craving for carne asada steak with homemade Ranchero sauce. What's weird is I don't eat ranchero sauce generally speaking. But the roasting of the veggies, and pulsing of the cooked stuffed into sauce and then a fresh egg from my girlfriend's coop on top is calling my name, so that will happen soon.

QoTD ***consults calendar, finds it empty* Nothing listed and I am worn out from entertaining. Adjusting to retired life is going to be a bit rough for me I think.

Menu:

B: pork meat and cottage cheese

L: leftover 1/3 hamburger patty, with cheese crisp. The original was enormous from Wednesday and clearly 3 meals worth!

D: I think roasted chicken thighs and left over mashed potatoes and spinach bacon salad
