Good morning ~ Cute meme, though I'm not feeling it just yet - I need more coffee! We had a busy, fun and relaxing weekend. Rob is trying to lose a few pounds which helps keep the junk out of the house and out of my mouth! He smoked swordfish and made a yummy mango salsa - it was delish!

So far my activity/exercise goal for April is on point! I woke up late today so I will walk on my lunch and hike after work.

QOTD - I loved the first Harry Potter too! Most of the time I can separate, but I get irritated when they leave out key info!!

Good morning! It is 5:30 am in San Diego and I have been up for an hour. Cleaned a bathroom and cleaned out two cabinets. How'd I do for sleeping in on my first day? LOL! Such a big weekend and the party was beyond fun. 110 people. The pizza and taco trucks were amazing and huge hits with the crowd. I have such a wonderful group of family and friends around me and I literally was able to just mingle and talk with everyone for almost 10 straight hours. The party started at 2 pm and the last of them went off to bed around 1:30 am. I was mostly without a voice yesterday, and I haven't tried it out yet today.

I have a huge stack of cards and some gifts to go through, but I am waiting for my dad and brother to leave tomorrow so that I can just really sit and take in what the cards say. So tomorrow evening the hubs and I are having a fun date night and we'll go through them all. Thank you cards up next!

QoTD: I usually won't see a movie if I have read the book, so I don't think I have an answer for that one!

I am dressed and prepared to take a good 2-3 mile power walk this morning. Just waiting for enough sunlight to make that happen. #1 on my retirement plans. Move this body!

menu: Honestly -- no idea. I haven't done a grocery shopping that includes fresh produce in two weeks. So I think I will wing it on leftovers for breakfast and lunch and then maybe take Dad and brother to fabulous burger shop close to home.

Good Morning Jen and Menuers,

Ok another week of WFH. The weekend went fast and I made a lot of bad eating choices. I hope to get out and walk every day this week but lets just see what the weather brings. Typing is not easy in this arm brace but I am trying to just use Tylenol as pain relief because I am sick of the pain meds.

QOTD: I am not a big reader and I can not even tell you the last time I saw a movie in a theater.

Accountability: 2 pieces pizza and easter candy

TSS: 4 years 3 months 21 days: 148.8 LBS, (Lowest 129.4) Plan to be back in the mid to high 130's by July.

B: Coffee with SF CM Chocolate Caramel creamer

MS: Light and fit Yogurt and berries

L: Salad and vegie soup

Exercise: 1/2 hour walk

Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. sublingual B12 1x a week
