Happy April 1 and what's on your photo friday menu?

I am so sore! I did a hot yoga class (in person) last night. She did so many chaturanga poses last night I swear I was hearing it in my sleep. But, I did sleep well.
QOTD - I am on day 5 of really being really cognizant of my added sugars, and I'm trying to just be conscious of what I am eating. Just because I can doesn't mean I should. I also think sugar is playing a part in my migraines. So, we shall see.
Breakfast- fasting so hot black coffee and water
Lunch - kale salad, hard vegan cheese (found it with cranberries in it, so good) chickpea salad, and some veggie crisps
Snack - kale/banana/blueberry smoothie with oat milk and chia seeds
snack - celery with ranch dip
Dinner - I dunno, but I want something delicious! (and veggie of course)

Good morning! Did you hear that this morning? The last alarm clock of my working life. Of course I was lying in bed awake for over an hour when it chimed, but then I got up and cancelled that alarm on my phone. I'm thinking this is going to be a fun, emotional day. I'm going to do my best to just breathe it in.
QoTD: Just adding exercise. Any type of exercise at this point. I walked for exercise exactly once in March and didn't get my bike out one time. That ends starting Monday.
Menu:
B: hb egg and cottage cheese
L: having a little luncheon here at work, and I picked Korean bbq pork and lomein.
D: Not a clue -- but there will be no cooking in the house tonight! Everything is perfectly done for tomorrow's party. Don't even think about messing anything up!

The weekend is finally here. Normal busy weekend for me. Big project due Sunday night.
QOTD: minimize snacking on bad **** by not purchasing bad **** Sounds simple and I'm going to try not to complicate it.
B: 2 hard boiled eggs, 2 pcs turkey bacon. TJ cold brew, almond milk, sf vanilla, stevia.
L: Chicken salad.
D: chicken skewers and green beans
HW: 371 SW(8/9/21): 324 CW: 215. 0 lbs til goal of skin reduction surgery. I'm still looking for a new plastic surgeon.

That is my approach, I'm solo so the things k know I don't need in the house, I don't bring in the house...and if I do, I know what I'm doing to myself!

Apparently I lost my first try at this post. Today is our last day in Hawaii. Sad to leave, but we do like to get home on Saturday so that we can relax on Sunday before starting the work week. Our flight tomorrow is 7:30 local time.
Todays plan is to find the Sea Turtles. They are most active between 11-1:00, so hopefully we will be able to get some pictures of them. Other than that, it will be pool time and dinner at Roy Yamaguchi's place.
The restaurant is in the hotel that Liz and Mike stayed at. Chrissy advised me to find a Mai Tai so that is on my dinner list.
