I thought it was Friday until about 45mins ago. I kept telling myself no meat today. It's been a busy morning and now I can rest for lunch break.
QOTD: I can keep a secret without feeling like I need to tell someone else it. With that I make a great listener. I can pretty much forget a conversation and sometimes not on purpose. Lol

Thanks! They are kind of like squash to me but not really super mushy.

You have inspired me to make a Castus Salad today. I am heading to the store to buy the nopales. Wish me luck on cooking them correctly!

Hello Menu Friends,
Melody I got a good laugh on your meme. Too funny. Wicked was a fun musical last night. We really enjoyed it. However, I would have liked the witches to not have conflict over a man. I am certain women can have conflict over other things...but the ending where the wicked witch didn't actually die was great. Plus I liked how they creator included the scarecrow, lion, and tin man in the story. I have purchased season tickets for next season for DD and I. the 5 productions that are included are Hadestown, Dear Evan Hanson, Hairspray, Aladdin (disneys), and aint to proud (about the Tempations). Our next production is in May which is Hamilton. So we have that to look forward to.
QOTD: Hmmm, calm under crisis situations, organization
Accountability: I didn't eat my rice and beef for dinner. Opted for a Barebell bar instead for convenience. Otherwise, on track.
B: triple zero greek yogurt with collagen, cold brew with half n half, caramel drizzle
L: Salad with chicken, ff french dressing
S: Core Power protein drink
D: Veggie rice 1/2c. 3 oz beef
S: 100 cal bag popcorn, 2 squares sf chocolate bar
E: 60 min walking - DD has horse lessons tonight which takes me away from my yoga and HIIT.
This is a picture of the cat we rescued. I called today and he is still on the mend, not ready for public interactions as of yet.

We plan on adopting him when he is ready to be released from the vet. They said it would be about 6 weeks of vet care due to his spiral fracture. DD is super excited about him.
