What's on your Wednesday menu?

Good mornin menu crew!
Yesterday ended up being so bad and so drama filled. I felt and feel so bad, I feel like I have a chemical burn in my esophagus all the way to my pouch and upper intestines. On top of that I had a migraine start last night. The headache is at least a tad better this morning. Yesterday I had chest pains in the middle part of my chest then all the burning.
On to the drama. Someone made a tutorial that was almost an exact copy of a design of mine. So that was fun. Her name is now kind of mud through the FB chainmaille community. It just used a little different ring sizes and had 5 arms instead of 6. Of to sound ****y or full of myself but it wasn't nearly pretty as my nevicata snowflake. She then lied and said she came up with it by her self when she had told me back in November that she modified my tutorial. Ugh...people can be so disappointing.
We might head to Sam's today. My mom is wanting something but I can't remember. I'm hoping the fire in my chest feeling goes away today. I've got to get some liquid antacid. The strong mint of the tums my mom has is just gag inducing for me, I still use them but I'd rather not have the strong flavor.
QOTD: How do you handle confrontation?
I usually do not handle it well. I HATE IT! I don't like rocking the boat at all.
B: JUST egg cup, decaffeinated coffee and a two good yogurt
L: PP shake with fresh blueberries blended in
D: I have done chicken thighs I need to figure out how to fix. Might smoke em
S: PB and ???

Good morning everyone and happy Wednesday! I haven't read it but I saw a headline this week that talked about a camel in Tennessee killing too people. Camels aren't cuddly, commercials aside, lol.
QOTD - it depends on the situation --
with family I am a conflict avoider -- leave the room, change the subject, tune out the conversation, whatever it takes
at work, I make the conflict/confrontation data driven and keep emotion out of it;
on the internet/social media - I try never to argue with people I don't know/don't have a IRL relationship with - I don't go around arguing with strangers on the street corners, to me it's the same.
Business confrontation - I usually write a really rude, scathing email....and then delete it and send a professional one with what the issue is and what I expect the resolution to be; if that doesn't happen, I will stop using that business
Accountability yesterday was spot on -- I really wanted to have some blackberries after pilates but I was too lazy to do it.
Pilates yesterday was as hard as I expected but glad I did it; slowly getting back into the routine! Today I have PT so that will be my workout
Menu today:
Irish soda bread with PB
4 oz burger with slice cheese
Blackberries with greek yogurt
protein hot chocolate
Have a wonderful Wednesday everyone!

My grandpa HATED camels. He served in N.Africa during WWII and had horror stories about them and the whole experience. He appreciated what they did but he got bit more than once.

I laughed at the "I usually write a really rude, scathing email....and then delete it and send a professional one with what the issue is and what I expect the resolution to be". Sometimes it would be nice to be a ***** and not worry about the consequences.

Good Morning! I hope you have a better day today. Be sure to take good care of yourself.
QOTD: I usually tend to avoid it. I'm trying to be better about communicating my feelings. It's not typically a problem with my close circle but is with most others. I think it's the "people pleaser" nature in me.

Good morning! Bright and early start over here. It's so busy at work. We are so lucky. I'm all work, not much play today -- except I do get to watch the next episode of The Great on Hulu. Watching it with a friend and Wednesday is our day. I'd love to binge it, but I can't be unfaithful to my friend. Can I?
QoTD: Mostly what Jen said. But I am a work in progress and still have to pay attention to my attitude and my mouth. Some days it has a mind of it's own.
Menu:
B: 1/3 cottage cheese, 1/3 c homemade, low carb meatloaf
L: left over polenta lasagna
D: I'm thinking spinach salad with roasted pork belly

Good morning ~ I hope you feel better - I like the fruit flavored tums, the mint ones gag me too. Yesterday was great, I stayed on plan and was so busy at work the day flew. I hope today is the same.
QOTD - It depends. Work confrontations are no problem for me, it needs to be done - it's business. With my family it's more delicate - I tailor my talk to them. I grew up scared to death of confrontation and I've come a very long way. IMHO - respectful, calm confrontation is way easier than internalizing unresolved issues.
Accountability - awesome
b- coffee, egg bites
l-rotisserie chicken, tomato slices
d-eggs and bacon
s-cottage cheese
Have a great day!
