What's on your photo Friday menu?
I also watched a couple of YouTube videos to see the exercises. I just love the muscular bodies on both men and women. So healthy looking.

late post for me only one call today and it's over but have sooo much to do and people keep asking for things. Is that what management looks like? just putting out fires all over and not getting any of your work done? BTW wasn't sure I said I was promoted to the HR systems manager last month. exciting but never fully managed people except as a project manager so it is a change.
Although I'm having trouble moving my legs from the other day's squat a thon workout, i did workout again and it is actually better? maybe because it was some cardio and working different muscle groups (hams instead of on fire quads)

Yes, being a leader of people is fire fighting, counseling, kindergarten, plus your actual job. It's a lot! Congratulations on the promotion though. If you like to help people develop and grow and work through their issues to be come empowered and problem solvers, the PITA stuff eventually just becomes the price of admission and the other is what brings you joy!
(When I was promoted to director, I was so excited to have a seat in the room where all the decisions were made....until the first meeting and the first topic on the agenda was what to do about people peeing in the sink in the mens room....management can be over rated, lol)
