What's on your Thursday menu?

Truth! LOL

Good morning all! I hope today finds you doing well.

It's supposed to be cold here today and tomorrow with 1-4 inches of snow. I'm so over it. I don't want summer but some steady temps would be nice. We're supposed to be back into the 70's Sunday. I also have my eye specialist follow up appointment tomorrow when it's supposed to be snowing.

The new strength of muscle relaxer isn't making much of a difference. I'm still not sleep much(as you can probably tell by the time stamp on this post). I'm really exhausted...down to every fiber of my being.

QOTD: What is the lie you tell yourself most often?

it should be no surprise but it's food related for me. I tell myself one won't hurt. I tell myself I'm able to eat certain things with moderation. I would be skinny if that were true.

B: JUST egg cup and coffee x2

L: PP shake and veggie crisps

D: PP shake with mango

S: cheese and a L&F yogurt

a picture of progress!

Yeah I'm not sleeping, just drank cappuccino and have been awake since 2:30am. The dog pic is adorable. Wish you well with your eye.

QOTD: if I don't get to it today, there's always tomorrow. Not really a lie, but I tend to lie to myself that certain things will get done the next day, mostly when it comes to scrubbing down the inside of my refrigerator. Ugh, it's such a chore!

B: cappuccino

L: crab Alfredo

Snack: cottage cheese

S: eggs

Snack: string cheese

My time stamp is off, it's now almost 4:30am. I'm wide awake.

Yeah the time on the board is weird. I posted mine around 1:30am.

unless there's something else going on (I haven't looked at the timestamps in awhile), it might be because they use Pacific Standard Time, since OH is based in California.

Good morning, everybody!

Who knew that TopGolf and Top Golf were different? I guess that we went to TopGolf, which is the video simulator machines. Top Golf involves actual indoor fairways, I think. But the most impart an aspect is that Topgolf machines have other sorts of balls which can be used. And Zombie Dodgeball was definitely the hit of the night. I will see if I can find a picture.

Other than that, $103 to fill my car with gas, $16 for parking and 2 hours of driving to go into the city. Snacks were hummus and pita, pretzel bites, pigs in a blanket, chicken skewers and pizza. Nothing was memorable. The wine did not rate.

My friend wanted to go here https://www.lsdatcaa.com/milk-room#openModal afterwards, but I couldn't do that and then drive home. Some other time.

Marilyn accidentally bought cottage cheese with pineapple in it. I didn't notice that until after I had covered it in EBB. Made a weird combination.

22.3 will be released today at 12:00 PST. Last year there were actually four events, with 21.3 and 21.4 being combined into one workout. I wouldn't be surprised if that happens again this year, so it may be two workouts. If that is the case, then 22.4 will almost certainly be something heavy, like 7 minutes to find a one rep max clean and jerk. They need that to test the cardio/body weight specialists.

My plan is this: if I get lucky and 22.3/22.4 don't involve double under (or they are at the end of a long workout that I won't finish in the time cap),the I will do it tomorrow, post my score and be done. Otherwise,I will do it scaled for exercise and spend some time practicing double under before doing it on Sunday. In either case, the Open will be over come Sunday.

QOTD: Nobody will notice that I didn't shower yet if I wear my fleece on the Microsoft Teams call.

Breakfast: Protein Bar

Lunch: work event

Dinner: sausage and cottage cheese

Have a great day, all!

I can't golf worth a damn, but I love TopGolf! Angry Birds! It sounds like my family would love Top Golf. I always read your exercise plan and then wonder if we speak the same native language. I truly have zero idea what you are talking about. I might learn if I ever stepped foot into a gym, but the chances of that are low. But I am impressed with your efforts everyday.

EIGHT SEAT MICRO BAR and you said no? I'm going to need to introduce you to my oldest kid. You and him would get along just fine if you have access to gems like this!

Golf is more the total experience for me. It's the whole package - the sun, ****tails, food, people you play with, meet and watch - it's great. I play okay... more bad games than good but I always have a good time!
