Fortunately my doc is open about nutritional approach. I think more docs, especially younger ones, are. I have B.S. in chemistry (biochem emphasis) and a B.S. in medical technology so I tend to read studies before I decide what to do. We really are what we eat, aren't we! I also try to use mental imaging and picture healing white light around my liver. Hubby used to do that relative to healing broken bones he had from a car accident and said it improved his pain and made healing time faster.

had a long answer that was shortened somehow..removing as many chemicals as possible and detoxing from metals is my next goal. I had no idea copper and iodine were so critical til got to searching their use and sources in diet... .The IF has given me one more tool in my toolbox..
