JB, were tall guys always your type?, or was it just coincidental to your relationship?

Good morning, everybody!

I am going into the office for the first time since December 7th. Which was the day that Marilyn sent me in to get her poi's from Hooiser Mama Bakery. But we are now reopening after our Omicron shutdown and are being encouraged to come in at least one day a week for the rest of the year.

Personally, I think that we will find that our employees have little interest in returning, but we will see. Since I would prefer to remain employed for at least another two and a half years, I will comply.

Crossfit Open 22.2 is announced tonight. My plan is as follows: if its something that I can do comfortably, do the event tomorrow morning. If not (i.e. double unders) i will do a scaled version for fitness tomorrow and then do the official event on Sunday after some practice on Saturday.

QOTD: I work on this regularly. My ankle mobility isn't great. My hips and legs are pretty good and my upper back, shoulder and elbows are poor. I am putting a lot of effort (stretching, foam roller, etc.) into fixing my front rack position and its a slow grind.

Breakfast: omlette

Lunch: fish

Dinner: Steak

Have a great day, all!

That's my fear, Kelly. I had all year to practice them and I put it off.

Greg's office now has the professional staff coming in 1-2 days a week (they rotate so there's always a couple of them in the office on any given day). It's likely to stay that way, since they'll be moving into smaller quarters later this spring, and they recently posted a new position as a "hybrid". I'm sure some of them aren't happy coming in again, but he actually likes it. He likes getting out of the house for the day 1-2x a week. Not sure which side of this I'd fall on if it were me - but luckily, I don't have to worry about it!
