When I feel like that I have to get out of my own head. Maybe with the 1st being tomorrow you can use it as a springboard to see many days you can get a streak going for? Need an accountabilty partner? *raises hand*??

I'm doing Unjury's "March for Me" program this month (I did it last year, too), where you have to get some kind of exercise every day and eat 90 grams of protein (every day). So I'll join you guys!!

Ugh the start of a new work week. I wi**** were Saturday. I have a few minutes to get my menu in. Hope everyone has a good week. I'm not good with shortened words like YOLO, I have no idea what that is. I know the very basics like lol.

QOTD: my friend moved out of town, but we would sit outside during beautiful weather and enjoy. Now we just send a text message once a month and occasionally chit chat.

L: 1/2 turkey burger with Swiss cheese

Snack: yogurt

Mernin' errybody!

QOTD - we are foodies so we do brunch, or lunch and we get our nails done every 2-3 weeks now that numbers are going down (this is a new thing). I adore her, she's the smartest woman I know.

Breakfast - fasting so hot black coffee and water

Lunch - all this talk about tortillas has me thinking Mexican food!

Dinner - veggie lasagna with salad and cheesy bread

Q - do y'all really not eat tortillas? corn or flour? I. Would. Die.

I was never a big tortilla eater to begin with, unless it was a burrito. Nowadays I'd get stuck if I ate a burrito, so I open it up and eat the meat and some of the beans..can't even eat the rice portion. Hence my using cauliflower thins for street tacos.

Ahh! I think I have to remember I'm 13 years out too! I can usually do ONE thin flour tortilla or two thin corn. Tacos are my life, I veganized them to perfection during quarantine. I just refused to give them up! Rice and bread STILL hurt. Meat never stopped hurting that's why I'm so thankful I never liked it much. Funny how cookies NEVER EVER hurt, the little rat *******s.
