Good morning, everybody!

They announced 22.1, and I think that I got most of what I wanted. For Masters athletes (55+) it is the following:

15 minutes of as many rounds and reps as possible,

3 Wall Walks

12 One hand dumbbell snatch 35 pounds

15 box step over 24 inches

The wall walks will be gross, especially because wrists have to reach a tape line that is 10 inches from the wall. But I will try and stretch out my shoulders for a good extra 15 minutes to help with mobility. That is a fairly light dumbbell snatch for me, so I hope to do each round of those unbroken. The box step overs are slow but doable. Jumping up and stepping down is allowed, but I probably won't do that. Technically, jumping straight over is allowable also, but no.

My goal is to finish 5 complete rounds. Friday Night Lights starts at 6:30 CST. I will probably be working from 7:00 -7:15. So, no Happy Hour this week. We are supposed to have snacks and can bring beverages to the festivities. But snacks tend to be air popped, non-GMO popcorn without butter or salt. And I may not feel up to tearing into a bottle of cabernet after the event. Or maybe I will.

We got 4 inches of snow last night, which would be really exciting if it were December. It was somewhat colder than 39.

QOTD: All things Kardashian.

Breakfast: Sausage and cottage cheese

Lunch: Hello Fresh

Dinner: air popped, virgin non-GMO popcorn and wine???

Have a great day, all!

Whenever I hear kardashians I think of Star Trek ...LOL. I am more tired of Kanye or whatever it is he's calling himself now. He is such an ignorant self absorbed jack a. I know he has mental illness...so do I but heck he also sucks music wise. He once said that a guitar is an outdated and unneeded instrument. He also once said he discovered Paul McCartney. Sorry...I went off. LOL obviously I couldn't care any less than I already do and I'm tired of hearing about them!

QOTD: The mention of my ex boyfriend and my ex husband makes me roll my eyes, can't stand either of them.

My cat Tommy is blind in his left eye and has severe allergies, he sheds a lot and has a ton of dandruff. He's so lovable and sweet. He is who I would post a picture of.

Wow I cannot believe you admitted to not being a big fan of Tom Boy. I got to admit I was a bit taken back. I didn't even know you could live there and have this opinion. What will your coworkers and neighbors think?

Wow the arm just keeps getting worse and worse. I am seeing ortho on Monday so please prayers. I really do not want surgery.

Weekend consist of me throwing b-day party for DH along with cooking and cleaning for 20. Also taking care of my Mom duties, and hopefully some peace and quiet after church Sunday.

DH traded in his 2013 Ford 150 with 47000 miles (excellent condition not even a ding) on a used 2020 Nisan Altima 24,000 mile with 2 owners He paid a trade and $5000 I am sick about it.
