Good mornin folks!
I got Opal to come out of the basement! She is very terrified of Mama. If it doesn't improve greatly we'll likely have to find Mama a good home. Opal is very stressed out. She did at least stay in my room last night. I put out feelers to a rescue my aunt has used before(they took in a dog that was dumped by their house and it had 12 puppies!). We are also terrified of our neighbor finding out and trying to hurt our animals. I think we were just really anxious about it last night. I think things will improve and I truly think he is getting ready to move. I can only hope!
No big plans today. I haven't been feeling great. I had a stomach issue that's carrying over into this morning and I've got a sore throat...headache...all the fun stuff. I haven't felt like I've been running a fever at all. I think I just have a sinus infection and ate something that upset me?
I do have a phone appointment this afternoon. Next week I have two appointments, one with my eye specialist and my psychiatrist.
QOTD: I used to like them. Until I worked at the little amusement park here. I won't go into why I'll just say not anymore. Also...my back issues would make it rather painful.

Good morning and Happy Friday Eve all!
Nervous about an in-class test today but I'm ready. Also, have to take care of some phone calls this morning regarding my Dad's health. My pain management doctor appt did not go well. My insurance is requesting PT even though I couldn't do it years ago due to my hip pain. The doctor says she doesn't expect the PT to help.
QOTD: I'd like to try rollercoasters again when I lose the rest of this weight and become mobile again. I used to love them when I was younger. I tried a zipper ride at a fair five years ago and enjoyed the thrill of it. I'm not a fan of heights but the controlled risk aspect seems to calm me down.
B: Dannon Light and Fit Coconut Yogurt, Tangerine.
L: Premier Protein Cafe shake.
D: Egg roll in a bowl.

I am a huge fan of PT. And good therapist can really help you strengthen all your muscles so when you do qualify for surgery, you have an easier recovery. I'm suggesting positive thoughts towards visiting a PT. They have helped my pain in other areas that were a result of my poor posture from my broken ankles, long before they were able to help rehab my ankles post surgery. Good luck!
Good Luck with your test. I will be praying for you. As for PT most insurances require as a prerequisite before they approve anything else. Just think of it as a way to get a little exercise in.

PT can be great. CAN. It didn't help with my issues at all. That said it is frustrating when insurance companies don't listen to your doctor that has direct knowledge of every level of your care. Hoping for the best for you!
