What's on your Thursday Menu?

Morning all! I am feeling much better with 8 hours of sleep. I was exhausted all day yesterday but I did manage to get a ton done. I read the thread when I got home, and I was literally too exhausted to reply, but Congratulations to Liz!
Today I am in back to back meetings all day but Friday we will likely have a work from home day because we're expected to get slammed with another big winter storm! It's been a very snowy winter!
QOTD: Do you like rollercoasters? Not really for me. I am not too adventurous when it comes to adventure park rides. I am not scare of the ride itself-- I like the rush of adrenaline... but I am pretty terrified of the teenagers in charge of running them, lol. I prefer just to sit them out. I have a few friends who are total rollercoaster enthusiasts, though. My friend Jay took a 3 month road trip with a friend to drive across the country and ride a million of them. I forget how many they did but it was insane!
G'morning all!
QJB - you slept 8 hours? Wow, that's a rarity for you!
I am up at an ungodly hr, for me, because we lost power in the middle of the night and all the electronics in this house had to constantly text us to tell us what's going on with them, including my car. I usually have the phone on silence but the buzzing sorta shakes the phone on the nightstand. It's almost like all these gadgets were panicking that they are not connected to power and just like little kids were whining. Then when the power came up they all had to communicate "phew, we are back on"!
And of course there is also the news of Russia. When do men learn?
QOTD: I love rollercoasters and would get on them at every chance. The only one I regret getting on, twice, was the one in Disney Land California adventure that does the complete 360 upside down. We had just finished the ride and my son asked me to go on it again. Although the line was long somehow we had ended up with two extra fast pass so we went back on it. The second time was a doozy and I felt sick to my stomach for the rest of the day.
My meals yesterday:
- Coffee
- Grilled (toasted) cheese sandwich with cauliflower thins and spicy Buffalo cheddar from TJ
- Fage yogurt, hb egg
- Mex cauliflower rice & chicken bites
- E: 30 minutes cardio + 60 minutes weight training.
Happy jr Fri-yay!

Good to know! What is your IF schedule? I was just reading an article about what breaks the fast. I may try IF again but only if I can have cream!

I do IF for vanity, to lose weight, not autophagy. So I don't care if it raises my insulin and breaks my fast. I use PP in my coffee (1/4 of the container). My eating window is 1:00-7:00 pm. The first week is hard, then you get used to it.

I hear that - I need better food boundaries. I feel like I'm eating too many calories by the end of the day. I could easily skip breakfast - as long as I have coffee. I need a change because what I'm doing isn't working. Thanks for the info.

Yup, it helps with reining in the snacks. Even though my eating window is 1:00-7:00 I keep track and try to keep it around 1000 cals with very low carbs.
