Morning all! Or is it still the middle of the night? I slept so poorly and finally quit trying at 2am. I am going to get going on all of the things that kept me up all night, now in hopes that it lessens my anxiety. Yesterday was an insane day at work--I felt like I was juggling on a unicycle.

QOTD: If you could hop on a plane right now and go anywhere, where would you go? I have been hoping for a trip to Ireland this year and I have been reading travel books in preparation. I would love to wake up and tour a beautiful ancient castle in the Irish countryside today!

Food was mostly on point yesterday except that I swapped out my hard boiled egg for a small bag of cheese crackers at 5pm after 10 hours of frustrating work. Bad excuse, I know, but at least the rest of the day was as planned.

Good morning everyone!

I've not slept well either and decided to just get up. I'm needing to make my mom a couple of batches of muffins so I might do that in a couple of hours.

I have to gather some information today for a phone interview for something. I'm not particularly optimistic about it but the state sent me an application for their new food benefit program so I thought I'd try. If I get then great but Texas is notoriously strict about it.

Mama is doing great and is spending her first night inside the house...she'd been in the garage but it's supposed to be down to 4 tonight so we brought her in to stay in a kennel. We'll eventually move to a indoor free range situation like our pup Frankie. She is just such a sweetheart! Pic added at the bottom in case you didn't see it yesterday,

My mom is wanting to get groceries. I've discovered that I really like raw zucchini and yellow squa**** is so refreshing and they have a nice bite to them.

QOTD: Iceland.

B: JUST egg cup and coffee x2

L: taco type salad

D: PP shake

S: fennel and cabbage, yogurt and broth

She looks like her name should be Mama. I am glad she is settling in well in her new home.

Good morning, I slept fine and ready to enjoy the day. My mission today is hopefully to get my hair cut and styled. Wednesday is my only day off and my stylist does not work on Wednesday so am going to have to try someone new. Always a scary situation.

Melody, Mama looks like a sweetheart. Thanks for giving her a home. QJB, glad your long is over with. I would like to be somewhere with palm trees and sunshine today. Maybe San Diego. I have come close to moving there a few times. It is about as perfect as a place in the world.

Good luck with a new stylist. I agree, it's hard to trust someone else and change.

Ugh new stylist and I know you have some background in cosmetology, like I do so it makes it even harder. Good luck I hope it works out. Post a pic of the new do we'd love to see it.

I called another shop and left a message. I did not hear back from them and talked myself out of doing it. I am going to find a way to get to my stylist, even if I have to lie and call in sick at work. Hope that does not happen.
