What's on your Tuesday Menu?
Good Morning! JB- I hope you get some help resolving the sinus issues. John deals with bad allergies and typically gets sinus infections a ton too but he's been trying allergy shots and things are improving.
QOTD: I think I'd go with the money.

I love the Homer Simpson line in the tune of YMCA's "Macho man", "Taco, Taco Man. I want to be a Taco Man."
Good morning all!
I went out to dinner last night at Lazy Dog. I ate a few pieces of calamari as an app. I also had half a burger, no bun. However, I did try a few fries for the first time and they weren't even that good.
QOTD: I'd choose varied meals and the groceries. Eating the same thing repeatedly gets old eventually. I recently reached that point with chicken salad and chicken skewers.
B: Dannon Light and Fit Coconut Yogurt, Tangerine.
L: Turkey Meatloaf and Asparagus.
D: 10 clove garlic shrimp and cauliflower.
HW: 371 SW(8/9/21): 324 CW: 215. 0 lbs til goal of skin reduction surgery. I'm still looking for a new plastic surgeon.

G'morning all!
Hope those of you who had a three day weekend enjoyed your time off.
We did it. We did our first peak and it was fun. It was only 7.4 miles so not that hard. We were wearing our 6 peak challenge T-shirts with the name of all peaks and a lot of people stopped us to tell us they were doing the same challenge. It felt good being part of a big group. Here are some pics from the hike. That radio tower, for the longest time was believed to be extra terrestrial while it was military. The first pic you see the whole Bay Area behind us, from above.
QOTD: hmmm, that's a tough one for me. I do eat almost the same thing. It depends for how long they want me eating the same thing for $1M. On the other hand I can't imagine $1M worth of groceries. I'm one of those who don't like the fridge so full that you have to pull stuff out to find what's behind it. For some reason it gives me anxiety.
My meals yesterday:
- Coffee
- Omelette with mushrooms & spinach
- Barebells bar, hot cocoa
- 3 hb eggs
- E: 30 minutes cardio + 60 minutes weight training
Happy two day!

LOL, not at all weird. My trainer believes in shoulders being the frame of your body, and works me hard. When I was in Italy and sent her that pic with my friends she also commented on my shoulders looking good.
