If you check the menu thread there are a couple of us doing. The queen of IF is @christina135. I am doing it right now; practically skipping brk and my open window is 1:00-7:00. I still stick to the basic high protein low carb diet, and try to keep it around 1000 cals because trying to lose the holiday gain.
I am doing it for vanity, while Christina does it for health and autophagy, hence she is the queen.

If you look at RNY thread, where you posted, you see a menu thread every day. The title is "what's on your Monday menu" or Tue or Wed. You get it.
click on that and check the posts. Christina usually posts. I'm the one who calls her the queen of IF because she's been doing it for a long time. I don't think you can search people by their names, but I might be wrong.

Intermittent Fasting does work, . I have been doing it 2-3 days a week for about 6 weeks. My hubs ho has not had WLS, has used it for about 8-9 weeks and lost 28#. He also uses AC morning and night. I am hypoglycemic, so some days do better at maintaining my fasting phase better than others. Just look at each day as a new day.. Maintain high protein, and lo carb. It took a while before i could fully skip past noon for first meal of day..

i usually eat last meal around 7pm and have coffee around 10a... heavy protein breakfast about 12:30-1pm. My rxd diet is 90 gram protein..w/20-50 gram carb.... i try for 35-40 Gram protein( usually mostly eggs) for first meal... will have a protein snack about 4, then meal @7. can get in prescription this way.and it is easier for me to restrict carbs.

. My challenge has been to eat enough protein in my window- that i don't end up wake at 4 am with acid reflux.after 25 years WLS, i still have significant restriction...( because i followed the rules!) I do not punch a time clock, when i did i worked evenings..so me and mornings do not go well.

Thank you so much for the reply! I FINALLY broke a 3 year stall! I had sleeve almost 6 years ago, never lost everything i wanted, 21 to go until ONEDERLAND!

I've started 3 weeks ago, 11am to 7, then pushed to noon, yesterday i pushed to almost 2 because i just wasn't hungry. I'm also doing high proteins, nutritions veg and low carb. It's a lot to figure out (for me), and being a life time dieter i have a fear of stopping or changing since this just started working. However, the nice weather is coming and i love walking .. i might have to adjust those days ..

I wish there was a thread for WLS and IF, I'd love to hear how everyone does it
