What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu?
Good Morning Queen JB and Menuers,
QJB You look stunning in your new haircut. If I let myself I could mimic that meme.
Melody I hope you find comfort in knowing your uncle is at peace. God Bless you and your family.
And the MRI results read: I have a full thickness tear of My supraspinatus muscle and it looks like surgery for me. I will see the otrho on the 28th and I guess we will decide then. In the meantime, I am in tons of pain and have no medication for relief. I don't want to ask I am sure if they thought it called for pain meds they would prescribe them. Plus, if I am not in pain I'd probably overdue it and make things worse.
QOTD: It's been a minute since I been crafty but I do know how to make a great Bow and I do make them at Christmas time to decorate and for presents. Oh I cut and colored my mom's hair and cut DH's hair. Does that count it kind of artsy there is color and cutting involved?
Accountability: I made a pizza out of a low cab tortilla in the air fryer and I made apple nachos with melted peanut butter raisins and yogurt.

Good morning, everybody!
QJB, you look super cute with the new haircut.
Well, as soon as we left the house to go pick up the Home Depot truck it started to snow. And we managed to time it so that the actual furniture moving was during a conference call that I had for work. So I was in headphones moving the furniture through the snow. We scratched the leather in one place and had to pay Home Depot an extra $10, because we didn't make our 75 minute deadline, but overall, but overall it went pretty smoothly.
Most importantly, I resisted the urge to point out that if we had scheduled the pick-up around the snowstorm vs. the morning tennis match that everything would have been a lot easier.
Hopefully, Marilyn told the family that we were picking up the furniture from that the headphones were for a work call and not me choosing to tune them out so that I could listen to music.
This has been a very slow week at work, hence it feels very long even though I haven't done very much. We received a delivery of sparkling wine on Wednesday and in the accompanying newsletter, they suggested pairing one of the wines with oysters - so I am off to the seafood market this afternoon. For the weekend, I have Crossfit, I need to hang my African Pompano that I had mounted, and I am going to start my 12 part nutrition course on Sunday. Other than that, pretty chill.
QOTD: I can't really think of much.
Pictures from our little Super Bowl thing last week.
Breakfast: Protein Bar
Lunch: Roast beef
Dinner: Blanc De Blanc/Oysters
Have a great weekend all!
