Good morning ~ I haven't been exercising for anything this past week +.... Kelly says she is willing to wake me up at 5am to exercise, but I think she really just wants to go to beach, lol. I can't say I blame her! For iFit, I enjoy hikes mostly and around 30 minutes. If I were to go longer I may just do 2 parts of a good series. I really liked the final Snowdonia as Jen mentioned, Grimmelwald Hike in Switzerland was pretty and while Scottish Highlands are same scenery and an ankle breaker to watch, the stories the guy tells are pretty cool. I mostly choose at random - whatever looks good or click on 'more like this' after you find something you really like.
Today I have a quick meeting this morning, lots of work to finish, lunch with a friend, more work... I just finished the Midnight Library this morning and I'm so sad it's over. I can't stop thinking about it, my own regrets and parallel lives.... Loved this book so much - thank you for recommending JB.
QOTD - Yes, I do! When we walk the dogs on really cold mornings. Mind you, they are the thin little ones.
Accountability - I shared a cinnamon bun with the hubs last night
b- eggbeater casserole, turkey sausage, coffee
l- Thai food out - curry or larb
d- meatballs, sauce and parm
s-jerky
Have a great day!

I am so glad you enjoyed the book! It took me about a month to stop thinking about it every day!
I did the Grimmelwald Hike, too and loved it :)
