What's on your Tuesday Menu?
You know that say "fake it till you make it"? You gotta force yourself to get out of the house because otherwise what's the difference with living in PNW? Put it on your calendar: 3:00 pm HST (all offices on mainland are closed by then) brisk walk. At first you might be dragging but after a couple of weeks of consistency you'll see the benefits.
C'mon Julia, I am rooting for you because I am so jealous you live in Hawaii. Please enjoy it for me.

I liked the half time show as well. It's by far better than the "rap" that's currently popular. I know I probably shouldn't but I do like Eminem too!

Busy Tuesday for me. Got up early and bought myself a gift before my work day. I finally caved in and bought a keurig, which I had talked about doing for so long that I just did it! Feeling anxious to try it out.
QOTD: there's not a place, but a person who has known my kids and I at Walmart for Years. She's such a sweet person and always asks how the family is doing.

Good morning ~ Glad to hear you had a nice Valentine's Day dinner with Grim. We had leftovers and watched murder shows! It was so romantic, lol. I was dragging tired yesterday but slept well last night, that is until our killer kitty brought in a surprise for us at 4 am. A squealing, dying little gopher in the hall outside our bedroom. Poor little guy. I've never received an 'offering' from him before - ever. Still trying to shake that sound.
QOTD - The golf course restaurant/bar ladies, lol - they start mixing our Bloody Mary's when they see us coming. The saloon we used to frequent on Sunday mornings for Football but we haven't been there since covid.
Accountability a staffer brought in sweet tamales yesterday- cinnamon-pineapple, omg so good!
B - egg beater casserole, coffee
L- tuna, light mayo, celery, tomato, avocado
D-chicken breast, salad
S- jerky

E - If someone could come over and poke me with a cattle prod at 5 am and tell me to get the F up and exercise, Tha'd be great.
Have a wonderful day!

Happy Tuesday Everyone,
Yesterday I started a Go Fund Me account for my kids band (Unmute). They are doing a fundraiser so that they can record their first album as a band. They have 12 original songs that they created so the funds will go toward studio time and editing. They are pretty excited about this opportunity. We are trying to raise $3500 (that is what was quoted). The first day they raised $950!! I am looking at other ways to raise money for them. Maybe a street performance or at a local mall. Anyone have any ideas?
Tonight I have a hair appointment after work so it is unlikely I will get a workout at home. I will try to get to the gym at work for at least 30 minutes of eliptical over lunch.
QOTD: Before COVID we did have a restaurant who knew our drink orders. I do get a Starbucks almost every morning and there are a couple of baristas who know my order.
My meals will be a repeat of yesterday. Does anyone else find themselves content to eat the same thing everyday? I think it is a good thing that I am not so focused on making a variety of food.
