Blasphemy! How is that even possible!? I don't think I'd be able to have the same wherewithal to do that with tiramisu.

Happy Valentine's Day all!
Great meme!
Weekend was decent and I always enjoy spending time with family. Yesterday, I fell asleep during the Superbowl. Unfortunately, I didn't win a jackpot gambling so I guess it will be back to the grind today. No plans today for Valentine's Day but I did get my Mom chocolate and flowers over the weekend. I'll celebrate in honor of Valentine's Day with a friend at a later date since she is dealing with family medical issues.
QOTD: Valentine's Day as a kid couldn't be beat. It was always great getting Valentines and tons of candy. I try to do something every year for Valentine's Day even when I don't have a Valentine. The few years I didn't celebrate I ended up feeling lonely.
B: Dannon Light and Fit Coconut Yogurt, Tangerine.
L: Chicken Salad and cape cod 45% less fat chips.
D: Steak. Either I need to make it tonight or toss it in the freezer.
HW: 371 SW(8/9/21): 324 CW: 215. 0 lbs til goal of skin reduction surgery. I'm still looking for a new plastic surgeon.

Good morning ~ I hope you have a mellow week JB. I had a nice long weekend - the spa was fab. I'd never had a body scrub before. It was amazing. We spent the rest of the day IN the pool, not just at the pool. SO FUN. Saturday was mellow - errands and house stuff. Sunday if you can believe it, I barely watched the first half of the game. I wasn't feeling well, just tired and the guys were so loud that I went to my room watched Gilded Age - great by the way - and napped. I'm feeling better today and I don't feel like I missed a thing, huh.
I/we are on the the wagon until the Derby with a possible St. Pats break... It's less about the drinks on St Pats day for me anymore - it's all about the food and Quiet Man.
QOTD - The years I was in a relationship with Ben and Jerry were the best - so sweet
B- coffee, egg beaters casserole
l- chicken bites salad
d- beef ribs
s- pepperoni
Have a great day ya'll!

Hello Menu Friends,
I had a great weekend. We drove to Montana for my FILs 95th birthday on Friday. On the drive over we stopped (per DD request) at a fur, leather, and goods trader store. OMG, they had the most amazing stuff there. I bought myself some jewelry and a really cute fuzzy vest. DD likes to collect animal pelts so I purchased her a raccoon pelt for her colleciton. It was sooo soft. Saturday we had lunch with my Mom at our favorite mexican restaurant, then DD and I went thrift store/antiquing. DD was on the search for quality wool blankets (at a reasonable price), vintage metal picnic coolers (we found one but it was $150, apparently they are popular with the vintage car crowd), and vintage hard sided suitcases. We found the suitcase and wool blanket plus a coyote pelt. I spoiled DD last weekend with these purchases. Saturday evening we had a dinner for my FIL with prime rib. He has become a fussy eater and doesn't eat that much. He does love my split pea soup so I made a big batch for him plus a vegetable beef barley soup that he can eat on for days. He says he would rather have soup then anything else. Sunday, we drove back home, we did no****ch the game (I have no idea who won) but rarely ever do.
So my weight was only down 0.4 pounds last week. I decided to shake things up while I was out of town so I allowed myself to eat more calories than usual. Today I am back to tracking everything and my workouts. I will be a bit nervous to weigh this weekend... I am also adding green tea extract to help stimulate my metabolism.
