Good morning, everybody!

I had a good weekend. Our group was excited about the themed Super Bowl ****tails. I will admit that mine looked better than they tasted. We ordered a charcuterie tray that basically fed us all weekend.

Didn't catch anything on Saturday, but it was fun and I didn't fall through the ice, so that is a plus. I was generally comfortable, except that my hands were cold. I measured and it was 10 inches thick, which is more than twice what supports people. When I was organizing my gear yesterday, I realized that I had a package of chemical hand warmers that I didn't know I had and could have used. D'ohhh.

Eileen, I did not notice any suspicious characters going in or out of the shanties.

I didn't win anything at the raffle either, but since winning the Pappy last May I can't complain about raffle luck.

Yesterday we jus****ched the game when Marilyn got home from tennis.

QOTD: Probably the grammar school ones when everyone in the class gave to everybody else. Plus the candy.

Breakfast: Sausage and cottage cheese

Lunch: Roast Beef

Dinner: Hello Fresh

Have a great day,

How do you like the Hello Fresh meals? How is their prep and nutritional aspect for our diets?

The meals are good and I think the directions are pretty easy. As far as nutrition, I think definitely more for maintenance than losing phase. We split the two serving size meal into three portions which helps some.

Good Morning Queen JB and Menuers,

I was awfully nice to get out of the cold for a couple days. But not happy coming back to 14° temperatures. Wow it's way cold here.

Vacation was fancy. Fancy is not usually in my vocabulary. Just let's say we were picked up at the airport in a Mercedes that was well above my annual salary and when we got it the elevator at the condo my friend hit the button that said PH. We did fancy **** for 3 days. And I drank a lot. My husband said the chef at a cooking class we took was irritated with me. Oh well I have those tendencies. And for Jim I know you like the restaurant scene we had dinner Friday Night at Martorano's and my friend told the owner we were celebration our anniversary and we got to go into the kitchen and meet him and his wife.

Just wish the weather would have followed me home.

QOTD: I never remember any really special Valentines but we had gone to event a couple years in a row at a local restaurant, that was dinner, comedy show and dancing that was always pretty fun.

Accountability. I ate more pizza on vacation than I have eaten in the last 4 years.
