Thank you! This is a good group for inspiring and supporting each other. Very happy my RD recommended it 4 years ago!

Mornin' All!
well my post-TDaP vaccine experience has been pretty mild this time around - other than a sore arm at the injection site, nothing. Whew. I usually have bad reactions to this vaccine, but this time has been fine! My feet have been killing me the last couple of days, though. I think I need to lay off Zumba this week - if not forever. I'll stick with water aerobics and/or the stationary bike this week and see if that helps.
my friend and I are going over to one of the senior centers this afternoon to play Mah Jongg. It'll be nice playing in person with some other people, so I'm looking forward to that. Other than that, nothing on the agenda.
QOTD: Valentine's Day has been pretty much a big nothing since I've been an adult (really, since I got out of elementary school), but other than the last day of school, Valentine's Day in elementary school was my favorite day of the school year. I loved everything about it - making Valentine's boxes, making and addressing valentines, and getting valentines from the other kids. Loved it.
B: skyr with fruit compote, coffee with half & half
MS: protein shake
L: I may have a peanut butter sandwich to hold me over this afternoon (usually works like a charm...)
AS: protein muffin or a light yogurt
D: pho made with tofu
ES: I'll probably get hungry later if I just have pho for dinner - so maybe another light yogurt
have a great day, everyone!

Have you checked if you need new sneakers for Zumba? Sometimes that pain is a good indication tbsh shoes need to be replaced!

completely! Still a waste of your time getting to this point but even worst if they bailed after training...but too stressful either way. Hang in there.
