Everytime i tried ww i GAINED weight.

WAY too many carbs. NOT enough protein.

counting carbs and limiting them w/ UNLIMITED protein works for ME,

my daily goal s minimum of 80 gms protein i am 25yrs post WLS.

If you're deciding to go lower carb, take a look at what you're eating and change one thing to a lower carb option or switch to every other day with whatever that is. Small changes build success.

YOU are NOT a FAILURE by no means!!! Just look at your track record. Gain Lose the same 5 #'s!!!!! You are SUCCESS!! Just think how much you would be keeping off think about it, you are aware of what you are eating and you are on top of it. If you weren't aware, where would you be now.
