Happy Wednesday
Last night I took my home sleep study so see if I could get off CPAP. According to the tech, the prelim data shows I don't need the CPAP any more! Write it down as a non scale victory!! So happy to be done with it. On the other hand, last Saturday when I weighed I was up 2 pounds. there has been no change in my routine, workout, or diet. I think possibly water retention due to salty food choices. Anyway, I am now in my head with "what if I don't lose anymore weight?' "do I look like I am getting fatter?" Yikes, I haven't even reached my goal weight yet and I am stressing about my weight (gain??). Anyway, I will weigh again on Friday (I will be out of town on Saturday my usual day) and hope for some positive feedback from the scale...
